No juice since 7-01 . * since then a 5 month hiatus from the gym, and been back 6-7 days a week since end of Jan 02. *Slowly coming back with a vengence.

you know what i am most proud of.. we where both unable to make it to the gym for @5mths. with all the moving.. family matters etc.. so he actually lost some lbs after moving up here.. lost his gains from before..and since getting back.. he's put on @15lbs.. works hard when there..
i guess yelling him "come on pussy one more.. keep going.. that's not it yet.. " worked..
This was after 7 months of nothing a month or so back.. need to make some money before i can hit the gear again.. it just goes to show you CAN retain gains if you educate yourself in how to do it...
