    Default Utter Dissapointment

So Ive been planning on doing the NPC West Texas Classic for about 2 months now, its the first show of the year in Texas and its not all too far of a drive for me. I thought everything was going good, started dieting 2 weeks ago, started cardio, been holding my weight but can def tell a difference in the mid section, abs are starting to show, legs look great, shoulders are yoked, stronger than ever. Thought i was holding a lil extra water weight but i attributed that to the deca Im on, then I took pics today to get a full view of how my progress was looking and one picture just makes me hate myself, its so bad it took my about 30 min to decide to post it and ask for help.

So my question is, after looking at my pics and the state Im in, can I make it in 10 weeks??? After seeing the lower back fat I have Im more motivated that ever but Im not sure if that will be enough to overcome it, Im really pissed at myself. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. FYI, I wseighed 218 this morning, trying to shoot for the 190s, I think its doable but its gonna be tuff.

This is the pic that pisses me off.

my 2 cents bro, keto/palumbo diet will lean you up quickly and u cant maintain muscle mass if keep ur portien high like you should. keep cardio duration long. . low intesity if choose this diet , protein high, fats will be ur energy not carbs. u will lean fast and if not fast enough in 2 weeks or so. . throw in protein/veg day every third day cut fats those days all together and replace with brocolli or green beans with your protein. Chris helped me with this during my last years precontest and it will lean you fast! Throw in a cheat meal once a week to keep metabolism guessing. . preferably at night on a fri or sat to keep cravings down. do it big on that cheat. all u can eat that is bad.. buffet, sweets etc. u can do it! DO IT!

    example:

    meal 1 --- 6 whole eggs
meal 2---- 50grams protein shake / 2 tblsp natty pb
meal 3---- 8 oz chicken/fish with oz cashews
meal 4---- same as meal 2
meal 5---- same as meal 3
meal 6---- red meat or beef 8 oz w/ green salad vin/olive oil

I agree with him, with a diet like that, you can definitely do it in 10 weeks. You don't look as bad as you think and it's very possible. The one recommendation I can't stress enough is to get the posing down to a T. I can see you've worked on it since the last time you posted posing pics up, but you've still got a little ways to go to really fine tune it. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but posing is a huge part of it and you want to hit it as perfect as you can

I am in your state and the West Texas show has generally been a smaller show since its at the beginning of the season but with any show you never know who is going to show up and what the judges are looking for- Its inconsistent sometimes it is size and sometimes it's conditioning. I think it can be done but you have to really dig deep and commit to it. There is no room for error and Texas judges can be ruthless . My two cents.

Thanks guys, Im gonna give it all I got. I didnt expect it to be easy but i didnt know that I had let myself go like that, I guess going 4 months without doing full body photos kinda leaves you blinded. Went this morning and did bis and tris then 30 min on the stairmaster. Im hoping with the addition of IGF-DES and Clen to my diet I can climb this mountain. I plan on doing at least 30 min of the stairmaster every day, keeping my heartbeat in the 145-165 range I should burn enough. Ill be dropping the Deca in 5 weeks for Prmo, mast and winny. Lots of chicken headed my way, again, thanks guys.

You can do it but it is going to take more than 30 minutes of cardio to get there...

Got cha, Ill up it and do 45 to an hour daily. Might have to take a few breaks here and there but I was doing an hour non-stop when I was in San Antonio, just gotta work back up to it.

On the Bis, Im doing everything I can, training em twice a week, IM application with IGF, Negatives, 21's, 28's, everything. I train till they scream, they arent that small, my shoulders just make them look small.

Golds on Bandera and 1604, really nice gym, I went at 3 in the mornnig before I would go to work and it was very peaceful, you could get in that zone because no one was in the way. Ive still got my membership because I might be going back sometime this year, its only like 30$$ a month so its not too bad.

On another note, trashed legs this morning, tried out the quad sweep squat metal posted about and it was awesome, burnt in places regular squats dont hit. Didnt get my cardio in yet, gonna go back tonight and do that, kinda figured throwing up once after squats was good enough, lol. Time for chicken and rice

first off forget about weight and numbers. you need to get conditioned period. if it means dropping down to 180 then so be it. once you start looking at numbers you freak out and it plays mind games. i never ever weigh myself when prep

i too started my prep, 3 days ago actually and already hit with the flu, but i kept trucking low intensity cardio for 20 min and made every meal so far even with a temp of 101. talk about shitty feeling, being sick and having to eat 50oz of chk a fucking day!

anyways, i think you can do it , you will be close but as you get closer you can tell, at 5 or 6 weeks out if you feel behind up the cardio

find someone in your area to help you with your posing, it needs some work
