Well I'm only 3 weeks late in starting this, but better late than never right! This won't be a daily update kind of thing loaded with details. I'll post some before and after pics and progress updates as well. My goal is to add lean body mass and drop some bf.

Peptides and compounds:

MC IGF 40mcg's applied pre/wo to muscles being trained. AM/PM split on off days. I will run this a couple of weeks beyond my pct.

D-Zine (2,17-dimethyl-5-androstan-17-ol-3,3'-azine) 45mg/ED may bump up to 60.

Trenavar (Estra-4,9,11-triene-3,17-dione) 60mg/ED

I will run 6-8 weeks depending the sides and gains I'm seeing

PCT:
Torem 120/90/60/60/30
DAA
Recycle
erase 0/0/3/3/2/1/1 (this stuff really drys out my joints so I may drop it)

Support supps:

Liver longer and Liv52
cycle asst.
super cissus
orange triad
fish oil
p-5-p (b6)
1-carboxy

Training: Will be doing mostly volume training w/ supers, giants and drops added in.

Chest/bi's
legs (squats, presses, ham curls, stiff legged DL's and leg ext.)
back/tri's
deads/calves
shoulders/forearms
Cardio 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a week after lifts.

Starting stats:

height: 75 inches
weight: 203
BF: not sure but I'd say after the hollidays and some slacking around 12%.

starting pics: Ok links didn't work so I'll try something else.

Starting pics: As you can see my holliday slacking cost me. I added bf and dropped some lean body mass.

Current pics: These were taken a couple of hours ago by my wife who, God bless her just had breast implant surgery this morning! This day 21 with 3 or 4 weeks left.

Current stats:

Weight: 217
BF: N/A but definitely down 1-2 % judging by what i see in the mirror

Comment: Strength is way up along with agression. No sides except night sweats. I may attempt to set a few new PR's on the bench,DL, and squats since my strength is through the roof right now. I don't count calories but my diet has been extra clean and if I had to guess I'd say roughly 4-5k daily.

Is this a common goal for you and your wife? You are getting beefed up and she is getting implants.

Well She's not complaining about the extra muscle and I'm sure as hell not complaining about the implants! LMAO!!!

Stats:

weight: still 217, but I did play hockey Sunday morning which can really deplete you so I'm happy to see no drop in weight.

BF: It still appears that I'm leaning out. I have no confirmation of this other what I see in the mirror.

Comments:

Yesterday I bumped the DZ dose to 60mg's. Strength and aggression are still up. No lethargy or BP spikes. Today was Chest and bi's. I was feeling strong and a little cocky so I decided to try incline db presses with the 100's. I struggled a bit getting them up and in position for my first rep but once I was over that hurdle I pumped out 8 reps! This was a first for me so I was pretty amped up.

Thats great bro! Its always good to put up record numbers once ina while just to see where your at.

Ok two weeks left on my current cycle, here's where I am:

Weight: 224, this started out as a lean bulk but my diet lately has been an epic FAIL, so I've just gone with it and will finish this up as an all out bulk.

BF: is most definitely up, I will get an accurate measurement at the start of my pct.

Comments: Strength is still on the rise and my muscles are extremely full and my joitns are holding up so far. Night sweats on most nights, Lethargy and back pumps are becoming an issue but nothing too serious. I havn't had to bail on a workout yet so that's a positive. I'll put up some pics at the conclusion of the cycle and pct.

what happened with the diet brutha? and look forward to those pics

Well while my wife was home recovering from breast implant surgery and I was playing the role of mommy, daddy, nurse, and maid and my diet took a back seat. Looking back though it wasn't really that bad but because I was eating so clean up until that piont it made it seem worse.... at least that's what I'm telling myself LOL

Update:

8 days left until the start of my pct. I've got the diet back on track and dropped the D-Zine and Trenavar last Thrusday. I'm finishing the last two weeks of this run with Ultradrol and Trenazone (a topical compound). This should help dry me out and drop some body fat. Weight is steady at 222 and body fat is down after 7 days on the UD and T-zone. Strength is still on the rise and aggression high but very focused. I attempted 120's for incline presses and was unsuccessful (I needed a little nudge from my partner to get them up for the first rep) Gives me something to shoot for next week! End of cycle pics will be up next Thursday!

Sounds like a very successful run. Use the IMG selection on photobucket to upload pics. I never get to hard on myself about yesterday as it can play a huge positive part in what you do today! Besides I'm sure the wife sees the sacrifice and I know the attention they require after the surgery so I think you made the right choice!

Sounds overall successful bro! And what are you doing when your done for pct & how long you staying off, if you know that is.

I'll start my pct this coming Friday. This is what I have planned, Torem 120/90/60/60/30, DAA, recycle, and of course MC IGF/ED @40mcg's. I think 4 weeks will be enough time to get things back to normal. I think I'll continue to use IGF on training days. I'm planning on some bloodwork 2 weeks following my pct to see where things are. As far as future plans go I'd like to focus on strengthening and building connective tissue and adding bone mass. Being a taller skinny guy who's added a substantial amount of weight in last couple of years I want to make sure make my foundation doesn't fall behind and remains strong enough to support the added weight. When I get closer to my next cycle I'll be asking a lot of questions!
