    Yeah I have a Dallas police officer that trains with me on arm day and then again chest and delt day here and there. He Doesn't compete or anything just wants the usual show off muscles. I'm glad he skips leg day, I hate training legs with people!!! Off to the gym to train back now!

    Back workout was a little wiered. I could not get into it which is very odd for me! It was a decent workout I am really sore in my upper lats.

    Lat pulls 5 sets. The last 3 I supersetted with standing lat pulls with a rope (not sure what people call them)
    high hammer row 4 sets
    bbell rows 4 sets last set was 225 x8
    lowpulley 3 sets
    v bar pulldown sitting straight up 3 sets
    bbell shrugs 3 sets
    dbell shrugs 3 sets

    today is chest and delts

    wife went to the dr yesterday and the dr said baby Stella could come any day now. I have 8 meals cooked and 5 shakes made ready to throw in our bag for the hospital. If she comes today we would share the same bday!

    Looks like a solid back workout, and it would have been pretty cool if your daughter shared your birthday. I take it that did not happen?

    Destroyed shoulders and chest yesterday! I switched from seated dbell press to standing bbell presses a few weeks ago and I my shoulders are really liking the switch.

    Legs at home again today.
    Leg ext 4 sets
    Hack squats 4 sets
    Leg press feet apart 5 sets
    Leg press feet together 3 sets
    Smith machine squats 3 sets
    Lying Hamstring curls 4 sets
    Very full, wasn't my heaviest weight but I did a lot of those sets for 20-25 reps. Off tomorrow
