From what I can see you are a very diminutive man. About 2 1/2 ft tall or so?? LOL. I don't think those pics do you justice. You're pretty thick, how tall are you? Also, that's got to be damn near impossible to take decent pics when you're doing it yourself. It's very rare that I can snap a couple that aren't blurred all to hell. You're looking good.

lol, i'm 5'5" bro...also i took the entire 2011 year off training but maybe 10 workouts is all...i came back very slowly only 1 workout a week in jan/feb and got back to 3 days a week a couple weeks ago...i was able to hold onto alot of size from staying on gear last year even without training and eating shitty...so muscle memory is a big factor in this too...there's pics from 2010 on here from before if you search my username for them that are more clear and you can tell my physique potential more

scary moment today training back/traps/biceps...started with db pullovers...only used 80lb dumbell...after 3rd rep loud series of pops..no bruising, but the tricep inside up high near armpit is tight and really sore...i'm pretty sure it's just a fluid buildup that popped like a knuckle does and the muscle is sore now from releasing it all while having weights on it...this happened a couple years ago doing rack deads and a rib did the same popping and sore a few days...i finished with very light pumping sets for today and will ice and stretch and rest...

my own fault for doing db pullovers as my first lat movement...got the idea from Blood and Guts...
anyway, this morning taking more aspirin today (don't have ibuprofen at the house), resting...it's tender to the touch and def filled and tighter to touch than my left tri so i know there's something going on inside it...better range of motion today getting dressed...still can barely bend elbow when arm is raised overhead but i'm able to bend in curl movement today and can cross my body and touch opposite shoulder today...it's gonna take several days...wednesday is my chest,delts, tris day...i'm gonna have to be picky and careful of which exercises to do (3 for each bodypart) that don't stress the tri (i'll probably have to skip tris wednesday completely and only do chest flyes movements and laterals for delts and call it a day

bruising is visible today on high inside tricep and rear delt...swelling not going down yet...hard to touch entire right tricep like it's pumped from exercise except squishy near elbow...skin is itchy and painful like there's no more room and stretching...i'm confident today that there's tearing...will get someone to take a couple pics today and post them...if swelling doesn't go down by monday i'm going to hospital and see about draining fluid or meds to bring the swelling down...until then it's gelpacks as long as i can handle the coldness

it happened friday afternoon...i didn't ice it then or saturday...today i'm gelpacking it all day on and off...the bruising is minimal though and not very dark on rear delt and on the high inside triceps it's a dark dot the size of a dime only...i do know i'll NEVER do db pullover EVER AGAIN now
