I won the light heavyweight but was not happy with myself at all at the show. I am happy with the win but I was my best on thursday. For my experience on palumbo. . i was great thursday before and good friday but i felt diuretics flattened me out and i even flattened out and held more water sat evening. At the next show i do which is July (The GA) i do not plan on using diuretics at all. I used them last july in the GA and had simliar effects but i did them again.

The white guy in the red won overall.

You definitely look flat brother but you can tell the conditioning was there. Great shoulders and arms. KEep killing those calves thats the only flaw I see in your physique. It flows really well and very porportionate minus the calves. If you find more pics post them up. Would love to see all your mandatories. Congrats on the class win!

Man we've been waiting for pics. I think you look pretty good. It looks like you have calves that insert relatively low. Those are usually the best for growth. Looking good bro

Congrats brutha! And man o man do we keep hearing about guys going flat on diuretics! That sucks so bad and its out of your control which sucks balls! Im with mb on this one, you look great and can tell you were flat though, and if it hadnt of been for that then who knows what you could have looked like brutha!

Congrats on the win, what kind of diuretics were you taking? I take vitamin c, b6 and caffeine as my diuretic precontest and I've never experienced any bad sides with it as it's all natural
