6'3'' 224 lbs in the pic which was about 2 weeks ago. Starting a winter bulk next week. Going to pack it on as best I can until March and then go from there.

Damn man, you are dense. Do you have before pics? I'll get some new ones up too. Fortunately none of you guys train near me. I'd look like a little troll. I top out at a solid 5'10 or so and I'm 255 plus
