no show this year...life/job is too unstable and my focus is saving money and relocating to birmingham suburbs late fall/dec...then finding any job i can to get cashflow going so i'm not homeless after first few months...was considering doing masters nationals next year when i turn 40 but to be honest i'm not interested in competing again (right now i feel i'm not interested...that could change after i move)...i'm just dieting to save money from spending spontaneously by now being on schedule and budget and also to be more supportive of my gf ,who is long distance (alabaster...one reason i'm moving) , is dieting hard and i wanna show her i really care and do this with her even from far away...
the trap/delt vascularity is genetic...i can pinch a good deal of fat on belly...probably 1-1.5"
