Default Pics fron rt before back injury and after

I used to only care about how much I could lift and how big I was...well these are me at about 3 at 5'10"...then I blew out my back ag work. Had surgery (docs wanted to fuse spine but I refused so they trimmed all the ruptured discs) and doc discovered my spine was "riddled with arthritis" and told me I'd never lift 25 lbs again. Well I decided to do a mud run and say screw the docs. Dropped down to 240 or so in the race pics... ill post up some new ones soon.

Absolutely, I really didn't realize how that worked. I look bigger at 185 than I did at 199.

Well my preference is to be 260+ and really 270 + but my back doesnt like that to much. I don't reallg want to stay as lean as I was when I ran that race... I'd like to get a lill leaner just to do it at 44 but I wouldn't stay there. I'm happy with my body fat in the vacation pics above...I'd just like to have another 10-15lbs of muscle at that bodyfat. Should not be a problem by end of Feb. We will see and ill post more then or along the way. Probably post more when I decide to start cutting.
    Peace

Just some comparisons... now vs 3.5 months and 40lbs ago.

if you stop worrying about the scale and just go by the mirror, I am telling you, you will be amazed at what happens when you start to get lean you will look HUGE

Wts just really reff points for me... and it has relevance when it comes to my back... but I don't really care much. I just am gonna get about as lean as I am in a cpl of the pics from August. ... I should be heavier but if I'm not-that's cool with me.
