2014-05-13 09.54.07.jpg2014-05-13 09.53.04.jpgOk some stats I'm 6'5" and weighed in today at 247.6 pounds. I've been out of the weight room for a little over 16 years. About a month ago i decided to get back into shape since I've been feeling lethargic and probably have low t since I'm getting on up in age. So I've been spending 6 days a week at the gym for the last 5 weeks or so and managed to trim off a good bit of fat but I still have some hanging around. So here is my starting point for this cycle and I will take more pics in about 12 weeks and we will see if I worked hard enough or not. Warning I'm pretty small and weak at this point but have been making rapid gains just from my diet in lean mass while trimming fat. Now let me see if I can get these damn pics to upload.

I've never had an issue loading pics on any forum I don't get why it's so difficult here. Ray posted my sus pics in pressers thread for me I might have to wait on him to get back on lmao. Thanks for the input I've been hitting it pretty hard I had a good stomach pocket going and no abs 4 weeks ago. Everything had smoothed over.

Cycle info I guess but it will be adjusted on the fly more than likely.
Wk1-10 Sus 500/Tren E 400 Mon and Thurs 250-200
Wk1-4 Anadrol 100mg ED Will drop it back if necessary and may continue it a bit longer at lower dose
Proviron-Var-Masteron on hand and probably will be worked in as well at certain points.
Test P and Tren Ace on hand and I may do a 75/50 eod with the anadrol to kickstart.

Damn bro you have a great frame for being 6'5 and nice quad development for a tall guy! Pretty impressive for being out of gym for 16 years, I am sure it's no where near where ya wanna be but I think you can pack some meat on that frame no problem with hard work

Well some kids parents bless them with money mine gave me some half decent genetics lol. Thanks for the kind words it's tough being in the gym and seeing how far I've fell off as far as moving weights. Squat was still strong but bench was very embarrassing to say the least but it's coming back pretty fast. I just have to keep in my mind that I'm not 26 anymore and watch myself.

Here's a helpful tidbit an ART chiropracor gave me when I started back up training: He said our muscles gain strength a lot faster than out tendons. So he suggested not increasing the weight as much as my muscles would let me - strength comes back pretty fast in the beginning - but spend an extra week or so at whatever weight to let my tendon strength try to catch up to my muscles, helping to prevent injury.
I have some mild tendonitis coming on in one of my elbows, and I'm wondering if I should be heeding my own advice here.......
It's funny: I'm 44 now and bigger than I ever was when I was 19. I won a couple bb contests as a 19 year old. But I'm nowhere near as strong now as I was then.

Good advice I'm mixing it up in my routine now with 2 to 3 warmup sets at lighter weight high reps then one working set with weight to fail at 5 reps then two forced and 2 to 3 negatives. After the warmup sets the muscle is really burnt so you can't use a weight nowhere near what you would normally use to fail at 5 reps. I chose this routine for the tendon and ligament issues. I only rest 45 seconds between as well. My left elbow is flat out killing me though since my bicep injury but I just mush on through the pain. I have noticed my grip isn't as strong with that hand either and doing deads it will fail before my back so I just ordered me some versa gripps to assist with it.

I weighed in today at 259.2 pounds so I've gained 12 pounds in 10 days and haven't smoothed over hardly any. I'm getting harder and more vascular every day it seems. Feeling really good and not staying sore but for about a day now. No sides as of yet besides a little night sweating. I've bumped the drol to 125mg per day and it's doing it's job strength is through the roof compared to a week ago. I feel incredible right now and my libido is off the charts.

Loving me some tren! I've noticed the heat has turned up quite a bit and pumps are flat out insane right now. Yesterday I thought my arms were going to bust out of the skin on me. I think the levels are getting up in my blood now and Im feeling the fury. Nights sweats aren't too bad but I'm waking up a couple times wet but I just roll over and knock back out. Acne has reared up a bit on the outside of the shoulders and up my traps. Still eating like a horse and want to sling the meat stick hourly. Weighed 264 even yesterday and steadily climbing with not much water retention at all. Got another week of the oxy at 125 ed then im going to back down to 50 for a week then come off of it. My liver tried to crawl out of my throat last night but I tossed it in a blender with some walnuts and drank it back down.

I haven't really researched it enough yet so not using it now. I can really feel the tren coming on now and I dropped the drol yesterday after backing off to 50 for a week. Next up time to stack tren e with tren ace, test p, mast p and some var. I'm gonna give it a couple weeks though.

Thanks guys it's coming along slowly. After pulling the drol the fibers are starting to show nicely and the abs are back and I've gained 2 pounds instead of lost weight. Proviron, Var, Masteron about to be added and I boosted to 750 sus and 600 tren e per week now. I will run out on that at week 10 and kick over to ace and p till I can't stand the sides any longer then t citrate off.

nice brother, great starting point. I am in the same exact boat but been off for about 1.5 years now, started back a few weeks ago and down about 5% bodyfat with no fat burners or anything and putting on size everyday, gotta love muscle memory. I look to start another good cycle in a few months to really get back into the swing of things. good luck keep at it and like said take it slow

Sorry just catching up guys been hitting it hard and with work just crashing at the house. Weighed in at 272.8 today so up just a hair over 25 pounds. I came off the Tren and Test E and have now replaced it with Tren Ace and Test p at 100/150 ED and man am I losing my mind. Just started about a week ago 100mg of Var ED as well with some Masteron waiting to go in the next couple weeks. Had to go in for a physical and they told me I had a bit of blood in my urine but not enough to worry about and asked me how much protein I was taking in a day uhhh between 450-500 he gasped. Everything else checked out solid. The Ace ramped up the sides pretty bad night sweats and insomnia are a motherfucker but no issues with the dick so far besides it being chaffed from useage. Got some joint pain as well but I'm drying out and everything is hard right now.
