2014-05-13 09.54.07.jpg2014-05-13 09.53.04.jpgOk some stats I'm 6'5" and weighed in today at 247.6 pounds. I've been out of the weight room for a little over 16 years. About a month ago i decided to get back into shape since I've been feeling lethargic and probably have low t since I'm getting on up in age. So I've been spending 6 days a week at the gym for the last 5 weeks or so and managed to trim off a good bit of fat but I still have some hanging around. So here is my starting point for this cycle and I will take more pics in about 12 weeks and we will see if I worked hard enough or not. Warning I'm pretty small and weak at this point but have been making rapid gains just from my diet in lean mass while trimming fat. Now let me see if I can get these damn pics to upload.

LOL no it says they are too large. I'm trying to edit them now. I mailed presser I keep getting errors and it won't let me upload them pretty frustrating.

I've never had an issue loading pics on any forum I don't get why it's so difficult here. Ray posted my sus pics in pressers thread for me I might have to wait on him to get back on lmao. Thanks for the input I've been hitting it pretty hard I had a good stomach pocket going and no abs 4 weeks ago. Everything had smoothed over.
 
Maybe Ray can do it bro. I'm not getting it to work. And, keep going buddy. Looking good!! Have you considered trying MC IGF?? Its awesome for burning fat and vascularity... ;)

Finally got pics to load I had to reduce to 25% and reduced to 8mp.

Cycle info I guess but it will be adjusted on the fly more than likely.

Wk1-10 Sus 500/Tren E 400 Mon and Thurs 250-200
Wk1-4 Anadrol 100mg ED Will drop it back if necessary and may continue it a bit longer at lower dose
Proviron-Var-Masteron on hand and probably will be worked in as well at certain points.
Test P and Tren Ace on hand and I may do a 75/50 eod with the anadrol to kickstart.

Damn bro you have a great frame for being 6'5 and nice quad development for a tall guy! Pretty impressive for being out of gym for 16 years, I am sure it's no where near where ya wanna be but I think you can pack some meat on that frame no problem with hard work
 
Thanks P my legs delts and back have always been strong. My weakest point is chest but I'm going to really focus on it this cycle and second weakest would be arms. These long muscles are a bitch sometimes but when you finally get them to grow they do look good.
 
My old friend anadrol felt so good in my belly today. From that feeling alone I know that's legends oxy is good.
 
Second pin today and no cough yet but man I can feel that ad kicking pretty hard after only 4 days.

Well some kids parents bless them with money mine gave me some half decent genetics lol. Thanks for the kind words it's tough being in the gym and seeing how far I've fell off as far as moving weights. Squat was still strong but bench was very embarrassing to say the least but it's coming back pretty fast. I just have to keep in my mind that I'm not 26 anymore and watch myself.
