    Default Just sayin hello, lookin to to my lard into butter at least lol! Im 21st or 230kg of

    Looking for advice on gear to build muscle n strip fat. Clan n t5s ? Im in the gym working weights n then cardio, my body is a maximorf build sh8uld of the body of a greek g8d but it looks like a toad! With a slim face! Weird! Hello everyone this will be my life!

    You have to dial in your diet first and foremost. Cut all crap food, fast food and junk.then figure out how many calories you are eating a day and how many you need to be at to start losing weight. I can help, but I'll need your height , weight and age.

    Im just working on my diet the last couple weeks, can you belive im starting to lose weight, cheers for the offer of help though, that info you have just giv is enuff for me to start cheers!

    I f you want to give us a little info we can help you create a calorie deficit diet for you buddy. Hardest thing to do is diet. You can do this though. Here is my before and after/during pics
