    Default So heres my not so fabulousmatty body pic,

    21 stone of saggy skin n fat BUT I did have a decent body some years ago but for the last half a decade I looked after my mum who passed away last year I knew I was getting in a mess with food. Ive been 26 stones of fat TWICE, lost 12 stone in a year when I was 22yo now 31 got to do it but from a better 21stone BUT with saggy skin! Wish me look, goin gym everyday 1hr cardio then weights to tone. Just posting as a mini

    sorry i almost missed this post bro, and sorry to hear about ur mother! so all 3 of those photos are of you?? at different periods in ur life I'm assuming?

    Yes, I'm sorry about your moms passing. Question, you said 1 hour of cardio then weights, is that the order you do it? If so you might want to switch it...weights then cardio. IMO it would help get ya to your goal weight faster. Either way, good luck!

    Thanks about my mum guys! Yeah I just switched my cardio to after my weights after seeing these replys n researching. The pics of my body lookin slim are the same time for afew years I looked ok. And now disaster! But im gonna get bk! I start old school t5s next week to give me a kick start, I took these last time.

    It will take time,I would avoid steroids until you are at a lower body fat %. Your diet will play the biggest role in getting thin again, along with working out and cardio.
