I wanted to introduce myself,48 yo. male,lifting off and on for over 20 years 5'5 226 lbs @ roughly 15 to 18 %BF.
Had plans to compete for the first time this year but ended up with a rotator cuff injury which has led to the research of peptides and healing.
IGF1LR3 seems to be on everyone's list,LOL mine too but am running cjc1295 and ghrp 2 as of now, just started so nothing to report.I can tell you that I need to stay away from ghrp 6 after taking over the holidays and ballooning up to 241 (ouch), was hungry all the time.It could have also been in part to the prednisone I had to take for my severe asthma attacks as that will blow you up too.
I am hoping to get some kind of healing relief through peptides and or IGF1LR3 and have started research on TB500.
This turned out to be longer then I expected,LOL.
Thanks for having me.DefMetalLifter liked this post

Hey bro welcome to the board, great stats. I have heard great things as well about igf1 and healing, strengthening properties. I know all about rotator cuff injurires, (completely ruptured my subscap years back). Hope you get a quick recovery and can get back at it hard, so you can step on stage.

I am hoping my friend, I bought a slingshot and having been using it to rehab my shoulder since my Dr.said it was an impingement more then likely and wouldn't send me for an MRI.I couldn't bench 135 after injury but Dr. knows best..LOL.It has taken me close to 4 months of stretching and 2 months with no upper body work at all to get back at it, just taking my time getting back up to speed, I use the slingshot every workout but do some sets without it as the shoulder needs to be strengthened but still feels somewhat unstable.
Thanks again bro, for the warm welcome
