Disqualified History & Progression Log
Hey MC!
Been lurking around for quite a while now but don't post much. I'd like to become part of the community and contribute where I can best.
I'd like to give you a little background of myself.
When I was 16 years old, I was in a BMX accident. My handlebars cut me across my groin from thigh to thigh, down to the left side of my scrotum. It cut off a testicle and came half an inch from my urethra as well as my manhood. After 1,500 stitches and reconstructive surgery, I was recommended physical therapy. They claimed 6 months bed rest, may have a catheter in my for the rest of my life and infertility. After the 6 months of healing they wanted me to do physical therapy to try to walk again refularly. Needless to say, I said fuck that. 4 days after surgery I was walking, and pissing on my own. It was the 14th anniversary of my fathers death. Now, I was always a fairly overweight kid. But after the accident, I was prescribed to 2,000mg of vicoden a day. All my friends were at school, family at work. All I did was play video games and sleep. The lack of exercise caught up to me and before I knew it, I was a big, big kid.
By the 3 month mark from the accident, I put myself back in school early. I still struggled to walk completely normal, but I was going to the bathroom on my own and with full control, and I could also walk without crutches or someone to help me with my books. At this time I was 237lbs, with my body fat soaring at a ridiculous 31%. I stopped riding bikes because of the accident, and it was my main source of exercise. I decided that I needed to clean up my life. I was just in a near death experiance and the last thing I wanted to do was go back to the hospital due to health issues (which was atleast 4-6 times a year at that point).
So now we're in November, I had 3 months until I turned 17. I started lifting weights with the football team which I had plenty of friends on. I fell in love and found a new passion. A year and 3 months later, I had turned 18. At this point, I was now weighing 152lbs and sub 10% body fat. My doctor had done blood work and recommended I supplement Testosterone; my test levels were 94ng/dl. Clomid did not raise my test. Nor did DAA supplementation, so I decided to try it. After 12 weeks of 100mg a week I blew up from 152lbs to 168lbs. I have since consistently gained 11lbs a year with this past year gaining 14.
I am now 21, 191lbs with body scans saying I'm 6% bodyfat. Realistically, I'm closer to 8-9%.
I have yet to compete, but my goal is to hit 220lbs sub 10% before I start prep & step on stage for body building. @ 5'8, I think it will be a good goal to have.
Here are some progression pictures.

That means a lot to me brother. I appreciate the kind words.
You'd be surprised how many people talk down your hard work based on age.
Yesterday for example, I had someone compliment me for how lean I was looking, so I told them I've been dieting for the past year, and the last 6 months I cut my calories in half over the time span; someone else said its not hard when you're that young. To my appreciation, the person who complimented me stood up for me and said "I highly doubt 95% of the population has enough discipline to eat fish and rice every single day for a year, & invest 5 or 6 days out of their week to go to the gym" & the other guy said no, he likes his pizza burgers and beer too much & he works 60 hours a week.
I just smiled and said that I average 65-70 hours a week and make the time.Alex San liked this post

HATERS GONE HATE BROTHER ppl that do not wo can always sit back and say if I took this or took that I would look like you. They do not realize the hard work and dieting it takes to look the way you do just keep doing you're thing. Looking Good. Something I have heard and believe if it was easy everyone would look like a bb

Oh shit bro. Ok. How much fish do you eat a day? As bb we need lots of protein to repair muscles so they may grow! I'm sure you know that. By your pics your on the right track but keep protein heavy. At least 1.5 g per lb of body weight. Sorry just don't see all that coming from fish but maybe it's just me that couldn't eat that much fish everyday. You have lots of potential at your age! Keep growing

Hahah, amen to that brother. I appreciate it. One big difference is the positive reinforcement I get at the gym, a lot of competitors tell me I would kill it, tons of positivity towards my thickness and symmetry.
LOL, fish isn't easy but I live in an apartment and the smell is terrible, but I went with fish because its easier to eat the baked chicken breast. They don't allow grills and I only like grilled chicken. I may pick up a foreman grill and switch back to chicken.
I eat about 40oz of Tilapia a day if I'm eatting ONLY fish that day. Thats 210g of protein from the fish alone. With the rice, oats peanut butter and eggs in the morning I'm consuming 240g of protein, 150g of carbs, & 37g of fat deep into my diet.
Last bulk I was consuming 5400 clean calories a day. 2.5-3lbs of lean beef, 700-750g of carbs mainly from rice, oats & sweetpotato, & 70-80g of fat mainly from the beef.
I got serious about my diet when I was first prescribed testosterone. I knew how to eat clean, but since I don't need as much fat given I'm on synthetic hormones, I don't need as much for hormone regulation. I also cycle carbs especially while dieting to help with insulin sensitivity. Occasionally I'll go into a ketogenic style diet (anabolic diet) to where I'm keto for 5 days or very low carb and then replenish glycogen the other 2days.
I've also tried intermittent fasting which worked well for me but best while cutting. Same with Lyle McDonald's ultimate Diet 2.0Presser liked this post

Thanks guys!
I'm lucky enough to have a local coach who is good friends with Shelby Starnes helping me out. Although I give him my outlines, we continuously seitch back and forth on ideas and kinda shape a program together. I'm very excited to bulk this season. Just recieved some of 6Finhers red tops and I'm stoked to switch over from MG Green Tops.
