Before our son she was MueyThai with heavy bag.
Her hormones changed and kids overwhelmed her. She will come back though!!!
She is giving up the brisk walks and stuff at home and Gonna get in gym.

I get it with the hormone thing to this one is not the wife that had my kids she lost her mind so I got a new one after a while this one is much more easy-going and doesn’t fuck with my lifestyle

Wifey and I have been training together for 25+ years. (34 years together now).
