STENABOLIC AN TRAIN TO THE NPC UNIVERSE
Hello MC community freight train here gonna do a log with Stenabolic an IGF taking me all the way to NPC UNIVERSE a IFBB pro qualifier where I placed 2nd last year barely missing my pro card in the masters 50 + division yes that’s right I’m old but I still kick fucking ass ,I live for this sport an I got a great support system ,one of the top coaches n the sport ,the top posing coach an a lot of local support !!!! I expect a TD very soon An will log it once it’s in

Hey MC community just started the Stenabolic 20 mcg a day so we will see how that goes,checked in today with coach An he is satisfied even gave me a refeed meal!!!!

Hey MC Community So today is a day off but yesterday was legs An I crushed here is my leg workout ;
leg press /single leg curl ( used bands on leg press work up to all I can get is 8 reps on press then dropset all the way back down)
Safety squat/stiff leg dL
Arsenal strength squat machine/ seated leg curls
leg extensions / reverse arsenal strength squat/ hack squat/ Done as 3 rounds
reverse hyper extension
finish with calves

Chest yesterday taking 30 mcg Stenabolic divided into 3 doses an igf directly after workout

Back workout yesterday did some giant sets ,sore as hell today but that a good thing !!!!
Taking Stenabolic 3 times a day at 10 mcg a time An the igf immediately after workout.
will be switching to fast acting esters today as today is 8 weeks till weigh in
checked in with coach An he was happy with how cheat meal filled me out so will continue on no carb eod
