Well 15 days till my warm up show then a big show on August 31st. I'm working hard with 3J and we shall see what kind of package we can bring to the stage.
 
Awesome bro!! I didn't even know you were competing this month. What show is it? You got any pics?
 
I'm doing a small show close to home on the 20th then I'm off to Pittsburgh on August 31st for The North American Championships. Going to take my shot at a pro card in the Over 40 Classic Physique Division Class C. Top 2 in each height class get their cards this year.
 
My man is shredded too. About to be sporting a pro card so freaking awesome. 3js got him peeled and gettin better everyday. Much respect brother. Cause your the one doing the work

3J says I'm a little ahead of schedule so that's a good thing. Just got to get this last little bit off and bring out the grainy.

I will post a few once I get to pittsburgh for the national show. This first one being the warmup 3J decided to only carb deload and load me instead of the full sodium run. Doing both back to back would be quite stressful on the old body lol. I'm really excited though just going through my routines getting my posing on lockdown and my transitions smooth and flowing.

It's going to be a monster of a show and I have no idea what I will run into at my height class but I'm liking my chances. Just got to stay vigilant and do work the rest will work itself out in the wash.
 
i remember when masher posted his stats on the forum before he became a client.. i was skeptical... when i see stats like that its usually someone over estimating how lean they are..

then he sent pics :D
