I just started my igf research from cy-so of course!
Added 2 mls of ba to the igf
then I draw up 10 units of bw
then draw up 50mcgs of IGF
and inject into my lab rat

Im going to run 50 mcg for 30 days straight
when is the best time befor or after workout?
Any other suggestions Im always open for new ideas and suggestions!

No I stick with the delts for IGF - and the area around the delts. I find there's localized growth with the area and you just can't go wrong with the delts. Quads and stuff are just too tricky.

I am also injecting a B12 cocktail in my butt cheeks. Everything has their designated area ;-)
 
I think IM just gonna keep switch left and right tri. There strong and pretty lean but I got real long arms could use the extra localize growth!!

Then you must have bought 2 vials. If I were you, I'd run 50mcg for 20 days then take a 2 week break and then run the second 20 days.

You bought 4 vials?! Guy you know that after 21-25 days the shit stops working and you have to take a break (I'm sure at least 2 weeks like Maxrep says).

Try one on igf alone, if that is what you are doing now, and one cycle using an AAS. I think it works better in conjunction with the latter - has a synergistic effect from what I read.
 
4 bottles i was gonna do 30 days then go off and hit another 30 later on down the raod. Ill just leave it in the freezer in ba it will be fine for a long time! Trying it alone first this is my second day nothing new to report only did cardio today.
 
I have previously explained at length why I believe it seems IGF only works for roughly 3-4 weeks. However, the thread may have been deleted by a po'd a'hole former mod.

If you don't have a lot of IGF, then stretch it out and only use it on training days. This way it should last roughly 4 weeks +/- depending on dose.

If you do have a lot of IGF, then run it 20 days straight and take a break for at least 2 weeks and repeat for however long until you run out. 2 weeks should be long enough for most people but if you want to wait 3-4 weeks that might be better. With IGF usage being fairly new for most of us, best protocols are still being developed.

Although most agree IGF and AAS work very well together, IGF does also work by itself provided a very high protein diet is followed, roughly 2-3grams protein/lb bodyweight.

Another area where IGF excells is in post cycle therapy. Use it all you want while you're using your HCG and clomid as there is zero HPTA suppression. Again, a high protein diet is a must. The typical muscle losses one endures when going "off" should be minimal to non-existent.

End of my first week and I gained 1lb think its from the increase of protein because its only been 6 days. I added extra 75grms a day so that increase in calories might be it. I have been going tri to tri. Have been getting great pumps after the 2nd day. Been taking it in the am before cardio then coming home and slamming a myoplex deluxe with phospagen XT and 1 extra scoop of protien. Feel fuller as well in my upper body will report back next sat. Update, beggining 2nd week today or day 7, up another lb from sat. and had the best pump yet today! My upper body just looks pump every morning it fades a little then I get a huge pump when I train around 5pm and stays for a while.
 
Started 3rd week on tues. Strength increase seems to be normal progress but up another lb started at 287 - 290 right now. Can notcibly see a difference in vascularity. Pumps are still incredible I almost feel like when I go to the gym its to get that feeling its fuckin great "its like i go to the gym Im cumming I have sex with my girl Im cumming " who's quote is that? When Im pumped at the gym I look so much thicker and fuller. I hope it stays when I come off. 16 days left. The more I eat the better I look. I usually stay very clean and 125 grams of carbs only from oatmeal and the only sugar I get is in milk and from phosphagen xt. But sat. night I ate a large peeperoni pizza 2 hours later was so pumped it was sick and when I woke up I was still swolen. So each night I have had 2 kfc chicken breasts and each morning I looked better than when I went to bed. I thought it might the calories so checked my total calories and im right where I should be. Well thats it I am very happy so far and only half way though!
