Best way to run IGF-1 LongR3

Ok heres the deal bros:

My animal is 6' 2" about 240. First time ever on IGF-1 LR3.

Should I:

1) Run 35mcg ED 1x a day or
2) Run 50mcg splint into 2 25mcg doses, 5x a week

Dont suggest option 1a, ie splitting the 35mcg dose into 2..its too hard and I cant be bothered with it :D

If you choose 2. What days should I run it considering I also do GH @ 2IUs a day M-F, but I workout Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat.

I like option #2. You can split the dose up if you would like, but it's not necessary.

Also remember that you should only run IGF1 for 5-6 weeks max, Most end the run at 4 weeks for maximum resultas VS cost.
 
I have found that gains continued well into the 7th and 8th weeks just thought i would toss that out there, and i would run it 50mcg a day bro and only after the workouts and even on off days in the mornings
 
I am currently doing 40mcg ED pre-workout. I am on my 11th day and I have noticed I am harder, great pumps, and filled out. My buddies who see me everyday noticed something was different about a week into it. I didn't tell them what I was doing so I could see if they could notice and they did. I haven't noticed any extreme fatique but my hunger has increased a bit. I am also running 750mg dry sust/week, 500mg EQ/week, and 50mg dbol/day. My weight hasn't moved much more than about 4lbs to my advantage which I am very happy with. I am drinking 6 shakes per day at 2.5 scoops per shake so just in liquid I am getting 330grams of protein. Overall I am happy with the results. I took pictures before and I will take pictures after and post to the board.

just watch the hypo man, watch it at that dose, i no its a moderate dose 50mg but still make sure you get your carbs, just a suggestion.

my friend was doing 100mg a day yes, and of course he went hypo, and the moron tried it again at that does and went hypo again, i guess some duschers just don't learn!
 
Bro I am into my second week now at 50mcg per day before I train.Am at the end of a cutting cycle with winnie/tren/prop supplements - this is amazing shit.

The pumps I am getting are incredible.Carbed up yesterday, vascularity was something I have never had before.Weight is up a little from where I expected to be at two weeks out (218lbs thought I would be about 212lbs).I have not done a bf for a couple of weeks - was 6.6% four weeks ago at 212, thinking I look around the same, just much fuller and thicker.

For me there is no question that this stuff works ...just think there has to be a down side, it is almost too good to be true!
