Started my IGF today

So, just got started on my IGF. Going to try and keep myself between 195-200 lbs. but get down to 8-10% bf. I'm sitting around 14 right now (I think). Running it at 80 mcgs/day, 40mcgs bilaterally in each muscle worked out within 5 minutes of my last set. Applied chest today, got a little excited and bent the "applicator" on the 2nd one, but I still managed to get it on the muscle. I'll try to keep a weekly log. Going to keep running this for 7 weeks only on workout days. Peace!!!

I love that over excited feeling about starting up again,,,What are your stats now? I found 80mcgs worked great for me, i also ran mine a little longer than people post on here.. I did 40mcgs split in the morning after breakfast befor work split into lagging muscle groups. then another 40mcgs split in the muscle group just worked 12-15 hrs later. Let me add that i have an active job which is why i liked the morning shots..I am deff looking forward to hearing about your progress. Just to add i ran my last cycle for 10 weeks, and have been off now for a lil over a month.

thats cool,,thats pretty much exactly where i started from. You can definitly reach your goals bro.. you should take befor pics/after pics.. Im sure everyone would love to see your progress thru-out the 7 weeks.

Not to hijack the thread, but how did you manage to bend the "applicator," if I may ask? Good luck, and please keep us posted.

couldn't tell you...I guess just not paying attention when I applied and the end of it bend like a mofo. I was trying to hurry as it was right after my workout at the gym. I was in the b.r. and spun around when I heard the door open (even though I was in a stall). probably just put the pressure in the wrong place after I first started to apply or in the wrong direction and it bent like crazy!!! First time for me on this one too!!!

I can understand how that would happen actually since you're probably using a very thin, fine applicator... be careful bro! lol
