MY IGF Journal

Ok, I started my IGF tuesday. The way I am taking it is im applying to the muscle i worked out that day immediately after workout, but just once daily. And I am doing the right side one week (right bicep after arms) , and the left side the next (left shoulder) for week 2.

Quick question. on the Insulin pinz, i Drew it to the number 20. IS that 20mcg, or did i take 200mcg??? Im taking one or the other currently.

IT just seems that if I take 40mcg which is the number 40 on the pin a day the bottle will not last for 25 days.

Let me tell ya, after 2 days, I am especially pleased with the amazing pump I got, and the increase in appetite. I took some starting pics, and my starting weight at the Gym is 235.

hmm. depends on the silin pin. 1 single notch is 10mcgs (usually). Just count the number of single notches on the slin pin and then do the division acording to the toal mcg count per 1ML of IGF...pretty simple;)

If I were you, I'd def be splitting your dose up between two shots the same day. 1 in each bicep...not 1 bicep one week and the other the next week.
 
ok, well i figured out i took over 150<MCG each of the first two days, so I wont be doing that anymore. Doesnt seem to affect my bottle though. Its still about 10% full. Im going to do 40-60 MCG 5 days on, 2 off.
 
hey guys. i finished up week 2. I have only been taking the IGF 4 days a week and working out 4. SO far the results are what I expected, and I have barely dinged my bottle. MY arms have grown slightly, and my lats. I feel my bodyfat has dropped about 1%. I have taken pictures at 2 weeks, but i think I am going to do 5 days a week and see how that goes for the next and and post my results at week 4. How do I post pics on here? -thanks
 
Nice work bro, remember that the work in the gym is what makes you grow not the IGF so keep it up.

To post pics "Go Advanced" when you post and Manage Attachments and you should be able to select the pics from your Drive.

ok, so im back after a year. I have seen so any posts where people started IGF and then they disappeared, well here I am.So my parents threw my IGF-1 away last year after 2 weeks of use and I was pissed. So I ordered some a few weeks ago and got it 2 days ago. I took it Wednesday night, thurs, and am working out arms 2nite, then putting it in my triceps.

I have never followed a healthy diet, and now after getting out of a 4 year relationship, i have been on the cleanest diet around. I was able to drop 4-5% bodyfat and a few good solid inches off my waist working out 7 weeks seriously 5 days/week.

Now I am eating perfect, doing cardio, stretching, lifting 5 days a week, and TAKING IGF-1. my lower abs are almost out, and I think this will do the trick.
SO start date June 5th taking 50 MCG once/day and I am going to focus most of my injections in my triceps, maybe calves on leg days and Lats on back days. these are the areas I want to improve most.

sorry for the long post, I will update you guys in a few weeks, and I have taken many pictures of where I was when I started , and where I am now.
 
oh, and I got 2 bottles so 40-50 MCG/ every day for 6-7 weeks is the plan. Cant wait until the end of July!!

day 5 of IGF-1 I noticed that I gained a few lbs, and i think its water weight. I had to up my carbs because I am getting hungry more APPETITE is goin up. Anyone else have this happen to them? MY diet is really clean, and working out 5-6 days a week with 30 minutes of cardio 3 days/week.
 
good to see ya back - just started myself. Thinking about it, my appitite has gone up.

umm, not really lethargic. I need to eat 5-6 times a day though because i'm always hungry and cant wait to eat again. MY meals are small usually between 300 - 600 calories.

I have just really noticed that i gained a few pounds on the scale, and i'm used to losing weight every week. So its interesting. Well, leg workout tomorrow, but injecting triceps for most of the cycle. MY triceps are pathetic, i hope this helps.
 
BAH! I got sick yesterday, have a really sore throat, kind of feel like crap. Took the day off today from the gym. I will be back tomorrow, hopefully.

I do feel lethargic if I don't eat enough which can be a problem because I am, dieting. I started the IGF-1 at 206.8 lbs and I now weight 210 lbs exactly. I will be back on the forums next Wednesday at my 2 week mark.
 
Damn still sick. Feeling a little better. I AM keeping up with my workouts and DIET. Took Thursday off. Working out and doing Cardio over the weekend (sick or not). Still doing my daily injections of 50 mcg in triceps. Switching every day.

Will post weight, etc next week. Everyone have a good fathers day weekend.
 
ok, after doing some comparison pics, I have determined my bodyfat is 13%. I am currently 206 lbs. MY strength has gone up quite a bit even though Im sick. Im benching more, im curling more. The veins in my biceps are almost completely out which is awesome! lost .5" off my waist in 2 weeks. MY Biceps are about 1/8" larger than may 6th when I was 215 lbs, so they look much larger now because I am leaner. MY cousin made a comment that my biceps have gotten huge, even though they haven't really grown :)


I am on a really strict diet, so i think its 50/50 IGF/Diet but its definitely helping a lot!
unfortunately i haven't really noticed a difference in my Abs in the last 2 weeks.

Cant wait to see what the next 7 weeks will look like.
 
all rite, I am 2 weeks in. I feel pretty good. Hit legs today. Measured my waist and I lost .5" so I am down to a 34" waist. Biceps are still same size, so I'm happy, and better yet, the scale said 209.4 lbs. From our poll, it looks like the most noticeable results come from the next 2-4 weeks, So I cannot wait!! I am still sick coughing, and its pissing me off, but i'm not missing any workouts.

I am not getting as much cardio as I used to, but I'm shooting for 3 days/week.
 
Its great when the size you loose is just from your waist. I keep loosing from my arms and my waist. Pisses me off!
