Default IGF-1 & Tendon Problems / Elbow pain

ok so it looks as though there is some debate regarding IGF repairing of helping to heal Tendon problems. I am officially going to put this to the test.

I have been off IGF for about 5 weeks and just so happens i started back up today and over the weekend i made the very poor mistake to arm wrestle someone over the weekend.
Now, first let me say... I havent arm wrestled anyone in over 6 years because i know how stupid this is. Dont ask why i did this weekend, but might have been too much Jack Daniels... needless to say both elbow hurts, my left is much worse then the right.

I went to the gym today testing out how bad my pain would be. after 3 sets of light DB flat bench i had to give up because the pain was too much.

so lets see how the IGF works. this will be my 2nd round with IGF and i will be doing 50mcgs per day. I am going to not work out at all this week except for Legs and i will try Back and some shoulders... hopefully that wont hurt too much...

lets see if this really will help heal me.
    keep ya posted...

I would say it would help a lot myself since I've also had a lot of tendon strain in my elbows, and IGF helped it to finally heal. Presser has his own testimonial of how it helped his quad muscle.

does it do anything in terms of cartlidge damage? and if its injected sub-q in the stomach does it travel throughout the body to help the tendons?

yes bro u will want to keep taking it even if ur not working out as it will still help heal ya, and i personaly think its best to hit the muscle area where the pain is, however to answer wakefb question yes it will still help recovery of a problem area even if used subq in another area no where near the problem area

    Default Rest

I just came off IGF and I had sprained all of my ligaments and Tendons in my right foot. If I were you I would not lift on that arm for awhile. How did you hurt yourself the first time? Did you stretch the tendons? Tear? If you don't know I would get a MRI and first find out what you did. The IGF worked wonderful for me on my injury, but you need to do stay off it for a while until you can move it without pain. I would start taking IGF but rest your arm and elbow do not lift anything for some time. Before you lift do simple techniques to rehap it back to normal and then if their is no pain start lifting very light and gradually start increasing. Even though IGF works great you have do it correctly. Hope this helps. Good luck!

i have bicep tendonitis bad. I had an MRI and it showed it wasnt a tear, but just stressed, and had fluid around it (which can lead to a rupture). its been over 3 months since i hit the gym, and ive been using IGF. I think it helped out some, and its definately better than using anti-inflammatories. IGF combined with time off, and ice daily is what will speed recovery. I actually just got some cjc-1295, and ghrp-6, which i will add to the mix. Im not 100% yet, but im enough to start going to the gym again

I remember when you first posted this.... on Elite right??!! I sent you a Pm regarding having the same issue with my left calf muscle after a similiar situation. Mine looks the exact same as the other. I don't remember if I could get IGF at that time, but I went through a lot of GH PGF (that was terrible) and test with no ester site injected.

Bumping this my elbow is hurting pretty bad. I've iced the shit out of it the past week along with anti-inflammatory. I came off deca about 4 weeks ago so I guess that masked the pain. I'm going to try some igf to see if it helps.

Well the igf didn't solve my fucked up elbow but did help my friends ankle that he had surgery on about 6 months ago. I think my elbow was way to inflamed but I have a few shots left so on upper body this weekend I'll try again. Im still just going through motions haven't lifted heavy in over 9 weeks

I've been using some IGF to heal some shoulder strain that I got months ago. Nothing else was working. It's progressing slowly, but this is tendon and connective tissue we're talking about. It has been nice to be able to sleep on that side without pain.

I wrote a really good article on healing properties of all things IGF-1 lr3 , it should be easy to find searching here.

IGF is the one thing I will not start a cycle without!
