Hey all, Well like I Mentioned I would post my log on this wonderful item.
First off big thank you to presser, All arrived quick with no issues and is looking super good so far......Only time will tell, But from the other guys it seems like it does the job beyond a doubt. Ordering 2 more vials this week.

I am looking to cut up or add some LBM. Either or.
I am keeping my caloric intake at maintenance and working out 4 times a week + 3 x a week for cardio ( 1-1.5 hours ).

I have some serious issues with my lower back, Actually just threw it out 3 weeks ago dead lifting - ( shity form ) been struggling with it since then with the chiropractor stealing my money!

So then....
40 mcg bilaterally 4 x per week for 6-8 weeks, not sure yet we will see how it goes.

Today was Traps/Delts/Calfs
Applied transdermally 20mcg/back loaded with bacteriostatic water into each side delt.
I did get VERY tired and had a nap even though I carbed up after my work out - transdermally applied 15 minutes PWO

Tomorrow is cardio, I will keep this log as up to date as I can.

dude, one more thing... I was going to the chiro and he was selling IGF in an oral form. -not that oral form igf works as well as the one "YOU APPLY", but still, He totally believes in igfs abilities.

My chiro carrys the same shit,lol, i told him i use the transdermal form and now he uses it as well,lol

Transdermally applied 40mcg today - Was legs day ( quads hammies calfs and sexy ass )

Diet is clean, Consisting of all whey or optimum nutrition whey sakes 3-4gram fat 65-70gram protein 30-35gram carb.
Flavored oats
eye of round steak 300 grams per day ( trimmed to zero fat )
marble cheese
peas carrots lima beans sring beans corn
peanut butters
chicken breats

Keeping to 2100 cals a day......Nothing special yet......Keep you all more informed as time goes on.
 
Upped the dose to 60mcg today for chest.....When or what am I looking for in terms of effects?
How do I know it has kicked in......
 
Guys.........whats the tell tale sign of this stuff kicking in?
I seem to be adding mass to my self - I but its not muscle.........Damn diet is cleaner then ever before. Maybe up the cardio?

Pumps for me is a sign for sure. What is happening? I have gotten a little stomach bloat before on my first run.
 
I stopped updating since nothing really is going on........I suspect I am adding LBM as my lifting stats are increasing slightly!!
Some slight delt pumps.
I moved dose to 60mcg 4x per week as of 2 days ago......No real cutting, I suspect cutting is more apparent in higher doses.

Ill give it another go on my next cycle at 60-80mcg, I think this is more of a long term idea.

I also got confused......I expected ridiculous cutting, Infact I got ridiculous LBM, So essentially there is cutting, Not directly though.
I think 60-80 maybe even 100mcg bilaterally is where I am going to be happy at.

Next round!

thats not too bad i guess, lol, i mean the dose, as for cutting , yeah if ur adding lbm then ur good to go
 
I think the mirror tells a better story than the scale personally. If you are putting on lbm I think you are doing well.
 
I just placed another order! Can't wait to get it. I'm going to up my doses a bit to see what happens.

I agree, it's hard not to get too caught up in the numbers but I try and use the mirror more than the scale as well. There have been times where I look in the mirror and think man I'm making good progress and then step on the scale and weigh less than the week before. lol.
