Great IGF!

I did 30mcgs on each tri and 30 mcgs on each pec. My pecs are so full and I swear they have a different shape. My pecs got a killer pump and I didn't even go heavy last night. It did burn a little bit , actually had a bite to it so maybe to much aa in one of my vials.

So far I am digging it. Should I APPLY it only pre workout on training days? That's how I did it in the past. With my schedule at work I lift when I can. Although, hopefully I will be working for a gym and can get a set routine and train people.

I'm stoked so far but it's only been day one. I am stacking it with pharm grade test cyp, top notch GH and winny tabs right now and tren enan 200mgs a week.

well i would do it even on your days off and try to keep applying it around the same time of day. And defiantly preworkout bro not post workout.

everyone likes doing it differently... some people enjoy the insane pump it gives ya... other use it for pwo recovery.. some use it both before and after



I am with you- I like it before for the same reason.
 
Presser. Why pre workout instead of post workout?

I just always did it this way bro even when people were saying to do it post workout, it just waorks better for me this, way however now I hear and we have a post here somehwere that when you take it post workout the igf gets canceled out by something your body creates nataurlay after workoing out, im pretty sure i explained that properly, however not as specific as I would have like, however we do have a post here with a more scientific explanation that what i was able to give, and it explains exactly what it is that diminishes the igf post workout

The argument, my friend is that IGF is responsible for differentiation of satellite cells, whereas MGF (produced by the body during intense training) is responsible for proliferation. I actually use MGF post workout, but as Presser mention IGF is better pre workout or several hours post, but then you don't take advantage of it's insulin like properties.

Day 2 was last night applied 30mcgs to each delt. This shit makes you strong as hell. Pec Dec reversed it for single rear delts. PINNED IT FOR 4-5 reps. One leg standing and one knee on the seat. Faced it and reached around keeping arms at a 90 degree angle.

This is well into my routine also. This is by far the best IGF I have ever done!!

well thats how I do it, but alot of guys just use it on training days so I guess its up to the user but works great either way


Any particular method/time of day for using it on off-training days? Based on what I've read here, I will most likely use it on training days pre-workout.
 
I been using it on off days as well just to try it out. We'll see.
you SHOULD be using it on off days, when do you think your growing? when you rest, more so then when your trainning.

im only a few days in but will be going for like 6-7 weeks at 70mcg ed i think.
 
Did back today and seated close grip pulls got the whole stack for 3. Igf is damn good and makes you strong as hell. My lifts are all increasing.
