Default Favorite place to apply IGF

Where is your favorite place to apply IGF? I use it most often on my triceps and love the pump there, but I think my favorite is legs. I can feel them getting really tight while I ride the bike to loosen up my knees. Then when I start hitting the weights they just start feeling huge.

Eventhough i just started it a few days ago, my favorite is probably gonna be the legs....i have nerve damage there so hopefully it will help me be able to lift without my legs giving out again! If it gives me that opportunity...i will be overly thrilled.

I honestly can't pick one. The hardest thing for me is to split my dose among the parts I'm training. Calves, quads, chest, biceps, triceps.

Calves and bis, with chest being a very close second

I've still never applied to chest, just because I feel my chest is stronger than the rest of me. But, it might be fun to try just to see how it feels. My chest pumps up great already, I can't imagine how it would be with IGF.

Applying to the shoulders also seems to work out good no matter what you are training.

I've only just started igf and just done sub-Q in the stomach, but I'm going to try pecs today. I stab my gut 3 times a day with mod-grf/ipam + tb500 e3d, so need some new locations. Looking forward to the pump. I'll also be doing rear delts and triceps.

What causes bruising... any tips to avoid it? I sometimes get minor, yellowish, bruises on my stomach.

Also, I'm assuming we're all talking about jabbing pre-wo?

I always get some bruising if I use hgh. I think it just depends how you grab the layer of skin, I dunno but I'm reaching.

I apply MC IGF post workout bro.

I dunno for sure what causes the bruising; I have a quarter sized purple bruise on tricep #1 and zilch on tricep #2, which seems backwards...

Last time I pinned it in my quads, deep, and zero bruising. Someone here told me (think it was Presser) deeper is better.

Well, so far I've only done pecs (no bruising) and rear delts... awesome pump. I'm working arms tonight so I'll be pinning my triceps pre-wo. Tomorrow I'll be sticking my calves. I'm loving LR3 so far

Faark... I stuck the long head of my tris last night about 40 mins before the gym and baby geezus did I have a pump!! They just exploded during my warm-up sets, then only got bigger. I moved onto bis and they too got so freaking tight. I love this stuff. Tonight I'm jabbing my calves and we'll see how driving home from the gym goes

Sticking abs... mmm, nah... too many better places imo

I rotate now. Used to just do delts, which is probably why they look like softballs now. But now I hit whatever part I'm training, pre workout. The pumps are straight retarded and I never get sore.
