IGF-1 and fat loss?
This is a thread about fat loss. After doing it myself and reading what it suppossed to do has anyone experienced a major fat loss with it?
I was already low BF so I was curious as everyone is raving about MuscleChemistrys IGF-1 lr3 from www.musclechemadvancedsupps.com
Its suppose to be the best peptide you can buy and better than growth hormone and much faster acting and the price is right!

I think you need to look at it a tool- icing on the cake- nothing is going spur fat loss( with the exception of something like lipo or band surgery)
without cardio and diet adjustment. I don't believe anyone ever said it was the end all cure all for body fat loss- those that think that are severely delusional....

While using MuscleChemistrys IGF-1 , I'm able to be MUCH more lax with my diet and put on substantially less body fat.

I absolutely agree, I keep reading material on it that states" fat loss" so thats why i asked if anyone experienced it while using it. Wanted to see thier take on if it helped them or not. I have a strict diet and already low Bf so i didnt notice it in that area but did notice healing times and energy levels improve.

Here is a golden cycle with IGF to help get leaner, but grow...
test prop 100-200mg EOD
tren ace 75-100mg EOD
anavar 40-50mg ED
MC IGF 40-80mcg ED (on training days, 30 mins before workout)
HGH 2-4 iu's ED (or 5 on 2 off)
t3 and clen (could be added in if your more after fat loss, but isnt needed for offseason growth. But, a light dose of t3 at 12.5mcg would help keep your thyroid up)
a cycle like this would just blow you up with the right amount of cals, and correct training. test prop, would kick in within a few days, along with the tren ace. The tren would give you the hardness, and density to give your body a hard look. IGF would give you instant pump, and help with the fat loss, along with the tren. Anavar would give you nice strengh gains, but keep the water weight off, but give you nice gains in mass and strengh. HGH, at 2-4 iu's would help again with more fat loss, but also with keeping you full and round looking. Also, if you on higher cals, the hgh, igf, and tren would all help keep you lean while putting on muscle. But again, remember diet and training is most important...

Here is my take on IGF-1 lr3 and fat loss, if your already fairly lean and take igf it will make you unbelievably vascular and pumped looking constantly and your diet doesn't even have to be crazy strict.
It keeps me lean and all my muscle bellies nice and full like i just worked out, can't tell ya how many times people asked if i just got done working out and i hadn't even been to the gym yet, the IGF is that amazing!
IGF-1 stacked with gear is simply amazing and its hard to explain unless you've ran them together, but the synergy is crazy! I have run IGF-1 lr3 by itself and it made me stay filled out looking/pumped , lean and vascular and helped me hold on to my gains, so its good alone, but stacked with other things its AMAZING!
If your just a FAT dude, and i mean really obese, then NO you have no business using IGF-1 or any steroids! but for guys with some fat but not in too bad a shape it can help a good bit! And again for guys already in shape, its crazy amazing!
Ive been using MC IGF-1 from Advanced Supplements for years off and on and i can honestly say I've never been out of shape while on it!

I just started a run with MC IGF and Masteron (along with my normal Test). After 3 weeks in I can say the synergy between these for fat loss is C-R-A-Z-Y !!!!!!
My lil lady asked me what was on my side yesterday? I looked down and it was a couple of veins running down from my obliques!!!! Fuckin Amazing!!!Presser liked this post

Thats exactly what I did this entire winter, I got the leanest i have been in over 14 years, no BS! Been eating huge ECA stacks and i honestly can't remember ever looking so lean, ZERO FAT ON MY ABS, and very low overall body.
Anyhow i always tell myself every year I'm going to shred up then hit a monster cycle to build quality onto, but i never did shred up like i wanted until this year, so i finally did it, and now i want to hit a monster cycle and see how i look!
Im at that point of leanness that in cloths i feel small, but naked i look like fantastic, so now i wanna build on that, I'm down to 260lbs shredded lean and I'm use to sitting at 300-315lbs so its a huge difference for me and i feel great! Looking to make big changes this spring time!

FWIW, I personally feel that for fat loss, it is more effective to do sub q. That being said, I did lose BF% while doing IM. I feel like it last in my system for a longer period of time sub q. Which in theory I think it makes sense because the absorption would be a tad slower than IM. I am going to experiment with my next run with 40mcg sub-q in the morning, and 40mcg bilateral IM pre-WO.

I'm curious what it is about IGF -1 that causes the vascularity. I'm into my IGF -1 run for maybe 2 months now? Something like that. And I've gotten pretty vascular. I wouldn't say I've leaned out all that much, in fact, I don't think my abs look much different (I haven't been trying to get leaner, so this isn't really an issue). This is making me think the vascularity is not related to fat loss... Anyone got an explanation for it?

Ok quick question on fat loss and igf 1, since we are all using MC long acting. Has anyone had any experience with timing of dosages and more or less fat loss?
In theory it shouldn't matter right??, but 'in theory' you should be able to take lr3 8 hours before your workout and get the same pump..............it doesn't seem to work as well. I like to take it before workout and hence the reason for the fat loss question. Is there a better time than others to take the product to specifically help on the fat loss side?jimbosmith316 thanked for this postjimbosmith316, Presser liked this post

No,there is not a better time to take your IGF 1 Lr3 in order to maximize fat loss, however I am of the opinion that SubQ is better than I.M. for fat reduction, and that I.M. is best suited for muscle gains. Of course you will see muscle gains and fat loss both ways, but i do believe that one way is best suited for one thing and vice versa.
This however is only anecdotal evidence through my 15 plus years of using IGF 1 and the first 5 maybe 6 years i would switch back and forth between I.M. and Subq, and that is what I found to be true for myself.

If You are more vascular now on IGF 1 lr3 but know its not due to your losing body fat, then your increased vascularity is due to the follwoing two things:
1). Your RBC is up, more blood volume more pronounced vascularity.
2). The added Nutrient uptake from the IGF, and Added Glycogen, helps keep the muscles much fuller throughout the day, not just in the gym.
So the RBC volume increase and the Fuller muscles pushing those veins to the outer surface of the skin is whats causing the added vascularity.
This is also why equipoise is associated with Freaky big thick veins popping out as we all know Equipoise / Boldenone increases RBC.

True True and True!
But when strict with diet, IGF-1 lr3 is one of the best Fatloss tools out there especially combined with a steroid cycle. I have usedit both alone and with gear, and of course it works either way. But on cycle, man its a serious recomp tool! Fat loss and lean muscle gains change the way you look pretty fast when your diet is in check with serious training of course.
Your not going to sit around and lose bodyfat , but working out regulalry and with diet in check , this stuff is no joke!
