Went today and got a massage on my chest, tomorrow is chest day. I will take some pics after the workout to see how good of a pump I can get.
By far the best chest workout and Best chest pump i have ever had was after having a deep tissue massage on my upper body and pecs, however I worked out that same day after getting my deep tissue massage and man lemme tell you, i didnt even know my chest could pump so thick and full, it was ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!
So Im looking forward to hearing how your chest workout goes after having ur pecs massaged. Have you had the pecs massaged before and then worked chest or is this the first time?
