My pre-contest IGF log

As many of you know I'm doing the ironman BB show in chicago November 3rd. I will be using MC IGF as part of my supplement regimine. I just got mine today and took the day off from the gym so I'll post daily on this log and post some before training and after training pics to show the insane pumps MC IGF gives you. Not to mention the growth that is second to none!!!!! I will update this log and my other ironman log daily so keep an eye out for some awesome results!!!!!
 
Didn't take pics casue my dumbass forgot till I got home, LOL!!!! But here's the rundown anyway. Today was shoulder, so I applied 50mcgs to each shoulder. Everynow and then I'll split 100mcgs and apply it it to the front and middle delts on both shoulders. So that would be 25mcgs on the front and middle heads of both shoulders. Today I just applied to the middle head. My soulders litteraly looked like they were gna pop I was so pumped. My shoulders are a strong point for me and this last year I have really added some very good size thanks to hard work and MC IGF!!!!! This stuff just can't be beat for growth. Def a must for lagging body parts....
 
Sorry for not having any pics yet but they will be comming soon. Did chest today and chest is one of my favorite spots to apply MC IGF. It is very intense and takes some getting used to. The pump and is almost unbearable at times. Which I fckn love!!!! It's almost like you can feel each fiber being worked. Nothing else gives me this kind of feeling. You have try it to see what I mean. MC IGF def takes training to the next level....
 
Well today was arm day and this always a great day. I Forgot before pics but I did click a sneak peak after my atm day. I'm so pumped that my arms look like 1 solid mass, LOL!!!!!! As I get closer to show time I will reveal more pics....
 
Damn bro you've put on some size. You're arms look great and still have good separation IMO. I'll take a pic next arm day and show you what a blob looks like Lol!!
 
This is my first time using IGF pre-contest and boy am I glad I am. Ever since I started back on MC IGF I'm Fuller and rounder. Not to mention it really has helped lean me out. Here are some pics to show you what I mean. Def looking way better in my OP....
 
Thanx presser!!!! Well this is no longer a pre contest log, but I'm still gna run this log just inform all who haven't tried MC IGF or have any questions. Benn feeling a little shitty today so I didnt train. But yesterday I trained chest and MC IGF is a absolute must. The pumps are almost to much to bear at times which I fckn love!!!!! Strength was up as well. Just felt great while I was at the gym. Arms tomorrow Y3T style!!!!!

yeah i seen ur other post about changing to a later show, its all good brutha, listen to your body and your trainer. This log is good for newbies though to see how to run the igf
 
Well training has been going awesome. Really been using my MC IGF on my lagging body parts. Thats one of my fav things abouy MC IGF, Being spot specific. The growth is seond to none. I'll get some b4 and after pics thiss week....

Well I got some pics and they are def good. The diff is crazy!!!! I will get them up tomorrow. It was chest day and tomorrow i'll do before and after of my calves. Those pics will be nuts!!!! Claves is one of the best places to apply MC IGF. The craziest pumps you will ever get!!!!!
 
I got pics everyone, just can't get them to download from my camear to my computer. Should've just used my phone. I will have them up tomorrow. One thing, people have really been commenting on my vacularity lately. I seriously look pumped all the time lately. MC IGF never stops amazing me!!!! Honestly, nothing really compares to this stuff....

good to hear, its been a few days now have u uploaded new pics anyplace that i just missed?
