    Hey boys,

    I've been cutting down for last 4-5 weeks or so. 2 weeks ago I started T3 & Clen.
    For a week now I'm having full body aches and joint aches. All my muscles feel super sore like I've worked out but I haven't. Feels like I got lactic acid flowing in my veins instead of blood.
    All my old joint injuries feel worse.
    I've increased my water intake and have been taking 5+grams of omega 3 oil for a couple days now. Still the same.

    Not sure how to manage this. Haven't trained much in last week other than morning cardio as I've been worried about causing injury. Should i keep training? The stuff seems to work as I've lost over 10lbs while on it. But these sides I've never felt before even on t3 and Clen.

    Please let me know how to manage this, any help would be greatly appreciated!

    have you been taking glucosamine, chondroitin msm etc?

    Hi guys, thanks for following up!

    Yes, I've lost over 30 pounds so far. I am a lot leaner but still disappointed. My progress was well until I had that incident of major side effects while I was a bit sick. I kept pushing it even when sick doing my a.m. Cardio and p.m. Training when I could. But that may have worked against me since I lost about 18 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm sure it wasn't all fat.

    Secondly I made a mistake of going low carb, about 100 grams a day, while on Clen. As Clen needs carbs to completely exhibit its thermogenic effect. That coupled with poor nutrient absorption while sick must have reduced my net calories to a very low even for fat loss. I think those sides did a number on me, felt like extreme cortisol in my body, still have inflammation from it. And I'm not able to train nearly as hard as I could or should.

    Well I'm down to 219 as of this morning. Can see my abs but not nearly as chiseled as they should be after a net 36 pounds loss. I know this because last time I cut down from 230 to 198 I was pretty lean but this time I'm still watery and mediocre lean after starting at a high 255 and cutting down to 219 today. So frustrating!

    Oh well! Live and learn, eh! Nothing a good cycle or two of IGF won't fix

    Btw, if you are still reading, I had a question popped up in my head the other day. Since after adolescent age we don't make new muscle cells unless of course with IGF etc, do we just gain and lose size of muscle cell. As in the cell shrinks and expands? Let me know ur thoughts if you care about it!

    Lol yeah that's horrible. You feel like your body is on fire burning calories sitting down. If I take it on a day I don't do cardio I'm a mess but as soon as I hit cardio I feel like I burn it out.

    Whats your dose of both like and what do you think the best time of the day to take? I have ran clen but never T3orT4, i was thinking of spring time adding it to the mix

    I started Clen with 200mcg ed and T3 100mcg ed. I went up to 600mcg on Clen gradually by week 4 and upto 200mcg on T3. I think I should have stated lower on Clen as I had hard sides. But I was pressed for time. However, I think these doses are moderate to low.

    I split my dose in am and pm. First upon rising before cardio and second before or after workout. I think pre cardio dose in the am is the best time but I would still split in two to reduce the shock to the system and to maintain more consistent blood levels. However second one is not a big problem as they both have long half life. i started dieting with a 1000 cals lower than my bulk diet, which I think was a mistake. Should've reduced slower.

    If you've never done T3, general recommendation would be to start with T4. You might also wanna look into cycling 2 weeks on and off with Clen alternating with ECA stack. Heard it produces good results, helps with keeping receptors from being desensitized and can run the cycle up to 12 weeks.

    Though I would recommend that you first diet and cardio for couple weeks before you take burners. Both these compounds produce dramatic effect but should only be used for 4-6 weeks. I think of it like nitrous boost in a sports car, use too early and you won't go too far with it.

    You are welcome, another thing worth mentioning is, Clen produces best effects when you have moderate amounts of low GI Carbs. That is around 150 grams for me. I would start there or higher and adjust if needed. I was 255 lbs when I started. This was really interesting to see and makes life easier lol

    What is this non sense?

    Clen works on low carb diets too.....wth?

    Also did you consider maybe your allergic?......Ive never heard of anyone having these sides from either drug......test flu yeah, but not these two

    I think charliebrawn is giveing what worked best for him. We all respond different to all drugs. This leading to a great fourm like this where guys can exchange info based on what worked for them. I took in 100% of what Charliebrawn said and i will give it a shot. I am fully aware that what worked wounders for him might not due shit for me. But i am very greatfull he gave me the info that he did.

    Don't get all worked up, my man!

    I am simply staring what I did wrong and what I think worked. I'm sure there may be something to it with flu and test etc for the side effect, I wasn't sure and hence I started this thread.
    Does it sound like I was telling what is right or wrong? No! I was saying what I think worked best. So chill out buddy!

    I'm traveling right now but will try and post the articles on Clen and carbs. I would recommend you google it when you have a minute.

    And in the end, I would maintain that "starting out" with moderate (whatever that is to a person) LOW GI carbs is just good sense to begin dieting unless you are pressed for time or have a specific diet.
