Whoa! Mc igf lr3
Hello everybody, a little about me I'm Hawaiian/Filipino, 5'7 200lbs 13% bf. Been training for consistently for 3 years now and I'm planning to compete next year for my first show. I started training when I was still 135 lbs.
Anyways I wanted to write my experience with MC IGF LR3. The shipping and time/arrival was exactly 5 days (which is pretty fast). I trained arms today and applied IM bilaterally into each biceps. Ate carb/protein (50/50) then went to train. The infamous PUMP that everyone was talking about hit me on my second set of close grip bench superset with barbell curls. Let me tell you guys that the pump was INSANE! I'm like "WTF?? This pump hurts" but it felt like I was cumming just like Arnold said about PUMPS. LOL. My triceps well swollen beyond any pumps I've had before and I felt stronger as at the same time. That was 3pm EST and is now 1158pm. From that training session till now, I STILL have that pump and my vascularity were more profound. I had a guy at the gas station compliment me about my guns being so big (no he ain't gay lol). With that being said, this is not the first IGF lr3 I've tried, but it is for damn sure FAAAARRR SUPERIOR than the one I've used before. I from now on will be only buying MC IGF for a long damn time. Thanks MC!! Can't wait what I'll look like in a month with this run. I'm also on my PCT as we speak.Last edited by Presser; 07-01-2013 at 11:43 AM.

Yes will do. I only took 50mcg (25 bilaterally) pre workout. Yes I'm also going after the pump and growth on specific sites. Woke up about 5 mins ago and I'm feeling GOOOOD!

That is ironical... we all like to begin with the biceps when we kick off MC IGF runs....but I can say that after a week of pinning every muscle I planned on working....the pumps work in ALL muscles when worked... legs were wild!!!..I pinned about midway in the quad... crap.. I didn't get through 2 good sets of quad machine 15reps a set before they began to bloat like a toad! lol.......when the leg training was over and I finished up with some light stair stepper cardio... damn!....I felt like a bloated penguin walking out of the gym.. haha.... Needless to say.. when I discovered my 2nd order of MC IGF was awaiting me now to be picked up.. I feel like a kid before Christmas!!!!

thats actually toooo funny, and i never really took notice to that point, however I myself trained biceps the first day I ever tried IGF lol and yes my bicep was DANGLING DOWN OFF MY BONE, IT DIDNT EVEN LOOK RIGHT,LOL. Cant believe i never really noticed everyone starts with biceps on igf, i guess maybe that the muscle where they will notice right away if the igf did anything in terms of pump and strength

Yeah I had realized that it seemed like everyone says "got my IGF today started with bi's couldn't even get through my workout" lol I was just waiting for someone else to say it so I can I bring it up and adonis was the guy lol... I think your reasoning for this is spot on. We can generally pump our bi's with little effort and for most they are a major focus. I personally love to hit the long head of my tricep... the most wicked pump and insane pain when the workout's done... LOVE IT!

Yeah there's a number of possible reasons. How much are you taking? IGF being "Insulin like" can effect blood sugar... lower blood sugar can cause appetite increase. That would be the most plausible reason... did you mention somewhere about contest prep? carbs down a little maybe? that would be my guess anyway. If you don't think so let me know I'll see if I can't find other reasons lol

Haven't been on here in a minute. But I'm back. Currently on cycle running MC IGF @50mcg pre workout subq with Test Prop, Mast P, Tren A (each for 100mg), and Winny tabs 50mg. Been on for 2 weeks now and I could already tell I am getting rounder and my muscle bellies I'm starting to notice a little. My wife and friends told me that I definately have put on some size. Currently at 200 lbs, 14% BF and I'm doing a quick 8 week blast and get my BF down to 10%, take two months off after then do a lean bulk. My goal is to get up to 220lbs and then cut down to a monstrous 198 lbs come stage time next year. I also just bough more MC IGF just now because I couldn't resist the SALE. That sale is BAD ASS lol. I might just have to bump up to 100mcg when my order comes in next week. hahaha!

Data show that GH plus IGF-1 synergistically increased lean muscle weight, total body weight, and was more effective in re-epithelialization of the burn wound than either GH or IGF-1 alone.

well i cant speak on actual data or studys as ive never seen any real studys or data on this, but i do agree with heavy iron based on user experiences with taking igf and hgh combined, he is on the money with the synergistic effects yielding more lean muscle, but again i only know this from user experiences ive read about as again ive never seen any real data from real studys, thats not to say they arent out there, i just havent seen them

Combined insulin-like growth factor-1 and growth hormone improves weight loss and wound healing in burned rats.

Abstract
The anabolic effects of growth hormone (GH) in burned patients appear to act both directly and through insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). We, therefore, hypothesize that exogenous GH plus IGF-1 will attenuate increases in metabolism and lean muscle wasting while promoting wound healing.
MATERIALS AND METHODS:
Rats, each weighing 440-470 g, were given a 35% total body surface area, full-thickness scald burn and divided into four groups to receive placebo (burned controls), bovine GH (2.5 mg/kg/day), IGF-1 (2.0 mg/kg/day), or bovine GH plus rhIGF-1 (2.5 + 2.0 mg/kg/day), respectively, for 8 weeks.
RESULTS:
Total body weight gain after 8 weeks averaged 110 g for GH plus IGF-1 compared with gains of 49 and 11 g for GH or IGF-1 alone, respectively. Burned controls lost 24 g. Metabolic rates were significantly reduced in all groups receiving growth hormones. Gastrocnemius muscle dry weight was significantly increased in those receiving GH plus IGF-1 compared with GH and IGF-1 alone or burned controls (p < .01).
CONCLUSIONS:
Data show that GH plus IGF-1 synergistically increased lean muscle weight, total body weight, and was more effective in re-epithelialization of the burn wound than either GH or IGF-1 alone.
