Perhaps most know this.......if not.....just want to spread some 'live and learn' wisdom.......I've been applying IGF directly to my chest muscle to assist with brining it up on chest training days.......decided Sat to apply to the upper chest area.........NOT SMART!!!.......DUH.......I don't usually aspirate since I'm using only a 5/16 inch syringe......but I sure hit a blood vessel....and DAMN it hurts like a squirrel biting your nuts ( or so I would imagine).. lol......BOTTOM LINE...........left pec swole up like a fake boob....dr looked, laughed and said... ice it and wait for it to go down......I've used the bottom and inside edges of the pec....but top of the chest..........OFF LIMTS!!!.....I learned the hard way........( however....it does give a nice swollen chest view). lol:wink:

yea I don't know anyone personally that has hit the top section but I bet if you didn't hit the vessel it wouldn't be as bad. but hey its nice to have swollen pecs one way or the other, or should I say pec

Ive hit every angle of my chest, no issues. I actually concentrated most of the pins in the top region a few months back.

Have any of you noticed scar tissue formation in the muscle after taking IGF IM?
Never!...I always rotate the IM application site around.....trying to never hit the same spot time after time....so I have not to see that issue... plus with only a 5/16 inch pin..it would not be like pinning with a 23gauge or so.....

Then you're fortunate!....everybody's anatomy is unique.. some have deeper blood vessels that others.. hence when you go to donate blood... some of us are well received!.. lol.. others.. well nurses tend to cringe as getting to that blood supply may be tougher..........the upper chest in me * can see visually lots of blood vessels* so hence I always try to miss them!..for good reason.............you can see (hopefully) by these two pics.... the black and blue area where I nailed a blood vessel......it hopefully will not effect anyone else.. .......I was mentioning it to keep my fellow great MC IGF bro's from making a mistake as I did.......lesson learned.. BE VERY CAREFUL when pinning the upper chest!!!

holy hell I bet that hurt, thanks for sharing with the group tho buddy, may save someone some pain

I always bruise in bi's and chest but never swell. I hope that clears up bro.

I pin into the muscle being worked that day. I always pin the upper chest, and have had no bad experiences yet. Knock on wood.

I still apply the igf-1 lr3 to my abs , works great for me there! Anyhow, this thread is to show where NOT use the igf 1 lr3 lmao

I have pin my chest the last couple days and like it better. When I pin the fat on my belly it leaves a little bruise and like a ball in my skin. I sometimes even hit something that stings as I use the plunger.. on my chest I don’t get the bruise or even the stinging.. I pin sub q

I use in chest.
Mid-section but all my viens visable.
I only hit something and got a bruise.

My biceps I have to watch viens also.
I always use in muscle worked bilateral.
Just feel bad see fullness in those areas like that.

But we all make our choices and care should be taken if chosen!!!
Always safety first!. I don't wanna grow into a freak but like healing and slow growth while staying lean
