IGF-1 MC pre-contest

Just want to thank Presser for his service via email, cannot wait to receive my IGF.

Next monday I'm starting my pre-contest prep, so let's see how it works this year.

how do you run it pre contest bro? I know you said you used MC IGF-1 last time, so i was curious how you ran it, when you cut it out before show or if you ran it through the show ect???

I stopped it 10 days out from contest day, but know some guys do it different.
 
Hmmm was wondering same thing. I've heard of some guys running up to the day of, right before prejudging
 
only thing i run up to and through show was teen ace, i was hitting that the day of the show! no BS and well it helped a lot! but yeah i drop most other things week out and more
 
Well, usually my % body fat is really low day before contest, so I stop all gear on wednesday (basically because you can get an infection from pinning), I keep orals in... IGF doesn't make me retain any water so I keep it, it's just time to play with sodium/water and diuretics.

I ran it all the way up to the show and then did 600 mcgs 30 min before pre-judging....100 mcgs per tricep, shoulders, and quads.....great pumps and stayed pumped......went home to take nap before night show, did one more shot at 100mcgs, ate a large Papa Johns pizza and slept like a rock....woke up tighter and still pumped.....its all trial and error and I guess everyone's different, but worked well for me.

Im sure those carbs ballooned your muscles and made ya tight as fuck! ************* Hell ya Presser, much tighter and rounded muscles once I woke up...it was an awesome feeling....but the IGF pre contest in the pump up room is a great try for anyone who might be looking for a secret weapon for pumps and hardness.........or maybe its not a secret to our guys on here but I would recommend giving it a shot...no pun intended...haha

i don't think the pizza pre contest is a secret as a lot of guys sware by shitloading , but yeah maybe the igf is, as i don't know anyone who doesn't stop it at least a week out from the show, so maybe your on to something daddio

hey bro how is it going with pre contest prep or have you done the show already? Not sure what show you were doing so I'm not sure if it passed or not yet, anyhow just checking in wit ya brutha

Sorry for the late reply, I've been really busy lately. Anyway my contest went really well, I did two. In the first one I won my category and I got second place in the last contest.

Btw used IGF-1 into contest with nice results: increased density/vascularity with almost 50g carbs/day.

Yeah a lot of guys are now using it straight through their shows, which I've never done, I always stopped it about 7-10 days out from contest day, but yeah i hear guys are getting better results like you mentioned when running it straight through their shows!!
