I ran it all the way up to the show and then did 600 mcgs 30 min before pre-judging....100 mcgs per tricep, shoulders, and quads.....great pumps and stayed pumped......went home to take nap before night show, did one more shot at 100mcgs, ate a large Papa Johns pizza and slept like a rock....woke up tighter and still pumped.....its all trial and error and I guess everyone's different, but worked well for me.

Im sure those carbs ballooned your muscles and made ya tight as fuck! ************* Hell ya Presser, much tighter and rounded muscles once I woke up...it was an awesome feeling....but the IGF pre contest in the pump up room is a great try for anyone who might be looking for a secret weapon for pumps and hardness.........or maybe its not a secret to our guys on here but I would recommend giving it a shot...no pun intended...haha
Just want to thank Presser for his service via email, cannot wait to receive my IGF.
Next monday I'm starting my pre-contest prep, so let's see how it works this year.
