Beef lover sometimes it has a lot to do with your diet and how and when you take the peptide and eat. I have learned on her the more I ask questions the better the answers are and the more I "understand how to properly benefit from the peptide". I agree with Nikon, personal message Presser or even Nikon like I did. That way it's private and any thing you are doing that is not helping get the best benefit from the product they can help personally one on one get you straight. I'm not sure why you waited till being on your second vial to say something but I can assure you they, as is everyone on here I have met, are always happy to help guide you and offer some input to help maximize your results and experience.
Good luck with it. I am starting my second vial today and I have to say I have noticed more energy at the gym and I have an over all better feeling of well being.
My mood is better and my sleep is definitely better. Presser has been great and standing behind his product when I messed up my first vial and Nikon (as have a few others) has been a HUGE help in getting my diet and dosage straight. Couldn't have asked for a better support group.

it is kind of weird, as for Negative reviews, no harm in someone saying they aren't getting results yet, I'm certainly not one to go deleting bad reviews and bumping up just god reviews, we leave ALL REVIEWS UP FOR OUR MEMBERS TO READ and they can make an educated decision on whether to buy from us or not! What kind of company would i be if i deleted all the negative shit, and only kept the good reviews, plus I never see any negative reviews lmao, I mean everyone who uses IGF-1 lr3 is Happy as pigs in shit!
So while I appreciate you guys sticking up for us , its ok if someone wants to write a review stating they aren't getting results, however it is a little suspect when a few hours later they post a positive review on the same product in a separate thread, but so far beeflover seems to be a stand up dude here, so i will let him explain what happened here.

Presser you're right on many things. Good company's take the good with the bad on reviews and let the consumer sort it out. Besides, the good far out weigh the bad. This is the first negative I've seem posted thus far. Maybe Beef posted This and then found a thread with some good advice on using it and tried it and posted the good results he finally experienced? Maybe he couldn't find this thread to post it on lol. Or maybe we just have a couple beef lovers out there All I can say is I'm one of those happy pigs in shit! Lol. Now if I could just get a schedule down that made my diet more suitable to my pinning and work out schedule I would move up to whatever is above a happy pig in shit. Perhaps for you a brothel, for me I was stumped as well. So for me I have no idea what would be happier than a pig in shit. Perhaps a nice island get away with nothing but a beach and a cottage and lots of nice cabana boys around. Lol

clearly the timing of taking this is instrumental in its effectiveness...can you provide some guidance when someone is following an intermittent fasting diet where the typical routine is 10g bcaa just before workout at 6am then 10g at 8am, another 10g at 9am and then begin eating at 12pm-8pm?

Yeah I definitely will but I am probably won't be starting mine until around March as well. Considering I don't start my PCT until about February 20th. Quick question would you advise me to run the bridge while on the PCT or wait until I'm done with the PCT first?

I would run your pct first for a little while, then start your SARMs, and Lr3 IGF-1 , as the sarms will suppress natural testosterone from my understanding, so i would wait until your done your post cycle meds and then start. You can use the IGF-1 lr3 during your pct to help keep your gains and then start the anadarine S4 and Ostarne mk-2866 later, and stay on the igf-1 and up the dosage from what you used it at during pct.
Thats probably what i would do.

Yeah you're right I never thought about the SARMs suppressing my natural testosterone. I'll probably start the IGF 10 days into my PCT @ 40 MCG and run it for 50 days total after the 20 days on PCT I will update to 60 MCG's, for the next 30 days that I'm off that way after the 50 days I'm ready to go back on my cycle... thank you for your advice brother I appreciate that....

I'm actually just took my last shot of cyp on Sunday I'm currently also running my HCG going to run that for the rest of this week and next week then start my clomid and nolvadex. And going to order the best MC IGF tonight and will start that as soon as he gets here along with ghrp-6 and growth factor. I'm thinking that would be a good combo unless you suggest otherwise? I do appreciate you sending me the message bro shows how much you care honestly which makes me stick to MC....

No if you were doing it pre workout you will feel one of the greatest pumps you ever felt in your life like presser said, do as much reading as possible on IGF lr3 before taking it the reason I say that and everyone has different beliefs but from every scientific study I have read the only problem and I'm not saying it is wrong is if you do pre workout you have not created hydrophy in any of your muscles therefore the IGF may not bind to the receptors in that muscle and instead travel around the body and stick to organs and intestines and you do not want them to grow. I have done it pre workout and post workout pre workout is great I just don't suggest going above 20 mcg pre workout I think personally it is better post workout because the IGF will bind to the receptors in the muscles you just trained expecially if you are doing site injection.. also IGF helps recovery so some people are not only doing it post workout but they are doing it on days off because obviously that is when your muscle recovers and grows so there's a lot of different ways people are deciding to run it, but I wouldn't go above 60 MCG bilaterally..

if you go I.M. then yes, and thats when most guys split it up, but for me, i just go subq in mid section once daily. I still get great pumps, and im a firm believer in that subq applications are better for fatloss, and I.M. applications are better for localized muscle growth.
Im plenty big enough for my liking lol, and for most other peoples liking probably for that matter lol, so i just keep it simple and go subq, and i feel the benifits just as well over all, but if i was just starting out, i would and i have done I.M many many times for months on end, and yes felt like that particualr muscle was benefitting more

oh and I always use it pre-workout, i have done it both post workout and pre workout for entire cycles, and found that pre workout is much better for me, though its long r3 which means pre/post its still in you around the clock and i also do every day, no days off, and days off are most important to use it anyhow in my opinion.
truth be told, there is no wrong way to use IGF-1 lr3, i mean the reason you read so much conflicting advice in terms of when is best to use it, is cause it works no matter which way, pre or post workout, so guys sware by this way or that way, but it just works period, probably the best product i have ever used if im being honest and the sole reason we carry it here (cause i believe in it) , i had major nerve damage in quad, which was dead and flacid for a year until i found LONG r3 IGF-1 !!!

He is right I agree with him on both things everyone swears that the way they were told to do it is the right way and I truly believe when it comes to IGF you are benefited from it either way. Also as far as muscle growth goes IGF is definitely the best products on the market today. It is the only product that can make your muscle cells split and divide and make more also it has the least side effects than any other product like AAS...

What's up bro so I've taken about two months off from the gym because I had a newborn in between work and him just didn't have time however starting Sunday I'll be back in the gym and I'm going to purchase assume igf-1 lr3. The reason I'm telling you this it's because you have always been good to me whenever I've had questions in the past about other things you have the answer them correctly and promptly and I want you to know this appreciated. Like I told you before I responded very well to igf so I was going to do you a favor for always taking care of me and keep a log and post pictures if you would like?
