My MC IGF1 pump pic nit bad for a small lady

image.jpg Love my MC igf1 this is my pump bilat biceps i recommend it for females cant wait to start my var primo cyc as soon a i find a good lab any suggestions?

Thank you presser I love this stuff I won't be with out it I have an old shoulder injury I'm hoping it will also help that
 
Ya it seems my best bump is in biceps some people say to do it after a workout is there a difference in delivery I don't think there would be

I prefer to do it pre-workout. Some studies show that extreme pumps lead to better muscle growth. Since LR3 lasts quite a while why not have it in the tissue while you're generating the stimulus. That's how my husband explained it to me anyway LOL

Do you pin everyday and on days off
 
Unfortunately I don't any day cuz I'm out : ( ...lol, but when we have it we use it on gym days only pre-workout.
 
i use it every day even on non training days! As for pre or post workout question, i take it pre workout, though post workout some prefer due to its being insulin like in that it helps force/shuttle all the post workout nutrients into the muscles, but as silk stated, it being long r3 igf-1 , its good pre workout, and during workout its best to sip on a 50/50 protein / carb drink throughout your workout, then post workout try to force as much protein into your body as ya can and the igf ail take care of the rest!
 
Vitalia, just curious what your goals are as far as the gym. Do you want to compete? Put on a little more muscle? Look good in a bathing suit? (Ok, that last one was a dumb question, who doesn't?!? Lol)

Yes I'm competing agin in February or April . I did my first show this July NPC 2014 masters physique it was a blast but I was know were ready I did it for experience I'm hooked I'm looking to make a little more gain then shred to look cut with lot of definition is what I'm wanting

thats awesome! not many people have what it takes to step on stage, so i respect anyone who has the balls and dedication. Kudos to you!

Lol butt pics silk I really like your back . I also have a shoulder injury from last show still bothers me when doing shoulders how do I execute my workout and make more gains I could go low wt volume shoulder muscles small so you don't need to much weight I'm not stopping know I'm hopping igf will help in the months to come

the igf will help with shoulder for sure, and yes just go higher volume and much lighter weight, however you might wanna take it super easy since you use shoulder for marly every movement on the body when exercising, so maybe a little super light weight a while
