Hey guys, I am new to the forum but I've been spent hours researching on this site. It's one of my favorites!
This will be my first cycle ever and I know it's mostly prohormones/designers, but I thought I'd share it since I'm also using IGF.
I actually started on 10/10/14, so I'm a few of days in. (Already noticing some really nice sides)
12-16 Week Bulk Cycle (Revised 10/21/14)
HCG: On hand just in case.
I also have 3 bottles of Syntherol. I have extremely small legs, and I hate to wear shorts because of it.
Also gonna use a little in my Biceps.
I will be going VERY slow with this.
- On a side note; for my first dose of MC IGF1-Lr3, I applied what I thought was 2iu into each deltoid. They instantly swole and I worked them just a little to get a pump. It was INSANE!! Later, I realized that I applied 200iu to each Delt! HaHa!
Never used a Slin Pin before so it was a rookie mistake. Just glad nothing bad happened.
Training
I will be using Jim Stopanni's "Shortcut to Size" training program.
DIET/SUPPLEMENTS
I am shooting for 3K-3500 Calories a day, getting 200g+ protein/day.
My diet is very clean, but I know I need to eat more.
Not much red meat. Mostly chicken, pork, and fish.
Oats, Rice, Sweet potatoes, Baked Potatoes
Lots of healthy fats.
10-12 Egg Whites ED
Roughly .5 gallon Milk ED
Yogurt, Granola, Flax Seed
Pre-Workout
Liver Support Matrix
Aegis (TUDCA)
Liquid Multivitamin
Finasteride
Post Workout (PWO)
JYM Active Matrix
I'll also be adding some Dextrose to create an insulin spike.
ON Weight Gainer - 76gm protein including Milk
A large (clean) meal an hour later. As much as I can eat!
Before Bed
1/2 Cup (6 egg whites) of International Egg whites along with some SynthaPURE (30gm protein).
STATS
I am 35 years old, 5'9 176lbs. Bodyfat not measured, but I have visable abs.
