MC's IGF - a girls pov/log

So I've been wanting to get a log up to document my attempt at adding a little more size to my shoulders. They've come a long way, but there's still room for improvement. I'll get some before pics up and I'll post progress pics along the way. The plan is 25mcgs bilaterally to the shoulders, but I'm not sure how often yet. Right now I just apply to shoulders on days I'm training them, but I'll probably add an extra day or 2. I want to step it up a little, but at the same time I don't want to overtrain them. It's hard for me to find a balance since I'm an all or nothing type of girl. I'll go into more detail with my experience along the way, but right now I wanted to get my log started. My goal is to obviously make improvements, but also inform any girls looking to try igf in the future. Just to give you an idea of where I'm at, I'm a lean 162'ish lbs at 5'7 and 34 yrs old. That's all for now, but there's more to come

I'm impatient

The lighting in the gym is so terrible. Silk looks incredible in person. She is much leaner and more muscular than we can get the camera to catch, but this gives you an idea. I'm very proud of her

Lol...thanks. Be honest guys, are they too big? You won't hurt my feelings. I ALWAYS have people on the street comment about them. I don't train them. They just happened, lol! This might be a naïve question, but would the size of my forearms matter if I did a show? Do the judges even care about that?
There's nothing sexier then a girl with manly looking callused hands that could "crack a walnut" LOL

What kind of show? fitness, physique, bodybuilding? and as long as they're proportioned to everything else, then no it shouldn't matter unless your doing bikini division.

i will also say this much, I would be Deathly Afraid to get a Hand Job from someone with forearms like that, lmao,

You'll be fine in Physique, I've judged Physique, my wife has competed in physique and I've seen all kinds of women, and NOTHING on your body sticks out as being incompatible with judges view of what a Physique winner should look like!!!

Oh its not me that would be screaming those things. Silk is very humble and modest and saying those things would probably embarrass her... Now her friends... well... They are very pretty, very competitive Very BIG girls. Both are at least 5'10 and no less than 200lbs. One is a Pro... Silk looks like a dainty little thing next to them. Now THEY may do some screaming LOL!!

lmao, screaming and shit is cool, loud to! But personal shit at shows annoys me whether I'm in just watching, was in it, or wife in it or whatever the case, it just enrages me when people are fucking rude on a personal level, Last show i did, I won the Heavy weight division, and when they called out 2nd place for the black guy next to me, the fucking crowd comprised of all is IGNANT ASS friends booed, which was fine, but the personal shit being screamed made me wanna jump off the stage , grab a trophy and beat them to death with it lol,

Ive seen people escorted out of shows, I've seen people start throwing shit and breaking shit, cops called, i think I've seen it all to be honest lol,

But yeah its so uncool to get loud with personal shit at shows!

I went with a friend once, a guy that was in my wedding party, so he was a good friend, and all he would do was shit on every fucking competitor that walked out on stage, with comments like, I could beat him now without prep, and shit like that, I fucking loath shit like that! I fucking hate shit talkers!

Anyow, I got off on a rant, my sincerest apologies lol, long story short, i was joking about the dude screaming shit, lol, i don't believe he is one of those types at all! Anyone who competes knows how hard it is, and would likely not talk shit on people at a show. But it happens, and i fucking hate it! lol

I agree with you Presser. I hate when people are rude at shows. You never know if their family is sitting right next you. It's just tacky. And just like you said, it takes so much hard work to get up on stage. I want to tell all the idiots in the audience yelling insults, if they cared what you thought they would've made you a judge, lol
