MC IGF-1 LR3 Review - Very Impressed - Wow
Finally got my IGF1-LR3 yesterday around noon. I work midnights so I was about to go to bed at approx 1pm.
I took a Sub Q shot just to the left of my naval of 20mcg. Went to sleep. Idea was I wanted to get it in my system before my leg workout(which was today, about 2 hours ago).
After I finished work around 9am this morning I loaded up 40mcg and pinned 20mcg in my left obliques, and 20 mcg in my right obliques.
No meal preworkout.
Got to gym and all I can say is wow. I was not expecting the pump and energy to be this good on the first day. Diet was the same, preworkout was the same, nothing changed other than adding the IGF.
At this point I am 100% interested in where this will lead. I should be receiving my bacteriostatic water shortly so I can begin my IPAM and MOD GRF.
Question:
i currently have all my peptides in my fridge at home. I take the single vial of IGF out that I have opened and bring it with me to work, I have a fridge at work I store it in when I get there. However, when I leave work it just sits in my jacket pocket and then inside my locker at the gym. Will the temperature change daily affect the IGF in any way? Should I just leave the one I am using at room temp? Thanks.Presser, IronJulius liked this post

I will be reporting back to this thread every couple days or so.
I will be working my shoulders and back today, where should I pin? Also, how are you guys pinning IM with these insulin needles? I am diabetic and am completely comfortable with them, however, other than super thin skin areas(bis, maybe tris,) Are these long enough to hit the muscle?
If not I will continue with Sub Q pinning, which, being diabetic, I am completely used to.

Going to be working chest and arms today. Plan on pinning 20 mcg in each pec. Will report back on workout, typically flat bench dumbbells at 120lbs around 8 reps, going to use that as my base and see how I do today.
After the first week of use I will probably report back weekly with my experience until the end of my first vial.
Also, today's workout will be a fasted workout, so we will really see what is up!

Chest workout yesterday was intense, I was fasted for almost 4 hours, I pinned 20mcg in each pec about 30 min before my workout. I also had half a grapefruit as I am diabetic and didn't want any incidences(hypoglycemic during my workout. I put up 110lbs on incline for 10-8-6 reps, which is the most I have ever done consecutively for incline dumbbell press.
Very impressed guys, this is very exciting for me. I will report back mid week. I am starting IPAM and MOD GRF tomorrow. Stay tuned.Last edited by Jeff24680; 01-25-2015 at 07:02 PM. Reason: Grammar and spelling

Thanks! As I mentioned I am new to forums but not new to the gym. Always good to hear other people's experiences. As I am a type 1 diabetic for almost 16 years now(diagnosed at age 11), I am very familiar with my body and listening to it. My diet is very good 6 days out of the week, and I am very keen at noticing subtle changes. Since my life is fairly routine, it is easy to identify and isolate the variable/s that might have caused any changes I am noticing.

Took my 40mcg about 30 minutes before my workout again today, I took it in the location pointed to in attached screen cap. First time I have ever felt a little discomfort, and I mean just a little, still feels like a small bruise 5 hours later. Did not hinder my workout at all though. Another successful workout, energy, and pump. I am no longer taking Anavar either so I am impressed!
Also, received my peptides today, I am going to start with 150mcg IPAM and 150mcg MOD-GRF 129 3x a day. Does this sound like a good starting point to you guys?
Also, was interested in melanotan II so going to start with 500mcg or .5mg once a day. Hoping it will also help curb my voracious snackatite.

Update
Yesterday I pinned 25mcg in each delt before my back and shoulder workout. I now have felt the muscle splitting pump that has been described in other threads. My shoulders felt like they were going to pop, I also experienced the slight lowering of lifting capability also described, very minor but the pump was just so strong, energy is super high as well. This IGF-1 is legit, I am super impressed with it.
Another reason I know it is legit, being diabetic I am used to my blood sugars spiking after a heavy strength training regimen, this happens because your body releases glucose stores to help feed the demand or your muscles. I learned this from my Diabetic doctor after my blood sugars going from normal range (5-8, canadian readings), to over 14 after the workout. Well yesterday, I had a reading of 7.7 pre workout. Everything was the same and when I left the gym I was hypoglycemic, which NEVER happens. I have noticed this over the pas few workouts. This simple change indicates (to me), that the IGF-1 is working as it should, and is legit.
Thanks again presser, stay tuned for more info from my experience.
As for my IPAM and MOD GRF, I can attest for the source I purchased them from, I experienced some crazy dreams for the first time last night, I typically NEVER dream either, something I always tell people when the topic comes up. Along with the dreams, I have noticed a flushing immediately after pinning 200mcg of both IPAM and MOD GRF.
As for the melanotan, I am not sure of it yet. I have pinned 500mcg twice now(two days), and have not noticed any of the described side effects(yet). Still early to tell but I will report back more as the days progress.

IGF1-LR3 Update(Legs):
As you know, last time I pinned for my legs I did IM just above the knee slight to the left. It left a small amount of discomfort but nothing that hindered me. It was there for around 1.5 to 2 days before finally subsiding.
Yesterday I pinned SubQ just below my hip bones in the center of my thigh. No discomfort at all, and I had another amazing workout. I maxed the quad machine, inner thigh machine, almost the outer thigh machine, and put up the most solid weight I have ever done on the hamstring machine. I cannot believe how much energy I have right now, especially on fasted workouts(no meals at least 2.5-4 hours prior to).
Something to note, I have a lingering lower back "injury" caused by a snowboarding incident around February of 2014, I have ignored it and tried to tell myself it will heal on its own, I need to strengthen core, etc... Needless to say, it has never fully gone dissipated. I have finally made the proper doctor appointments to have it looked at and they are coming up shortly. However, since then it has limited me to the amount of strain I can place on my lower back and how much compression I can incur on my spine(squats, dead-lifts, anything being held upright basically). Today I noticed(out of the normal), that the initial discomfort in my lower back was there as usual, but after 30 minutes into my workout, it was essentially non existent. Not saying it is related just saying that it is something I noticed outside of the normal. My lower back felt tight(in a good muscular way), strong, and flexible.
Melanotan II:
I believe I am finally starting to notice a change in complexion. My last two doses were "750mcg" and "1000mcg", I use quotes because I believe the purity of the product to be lower than what is advertised on the bottle. I am at minimum a level III skin type, and as such, everything I have read thus far indicated that 500mcg should be more than enough to start a significant change. Since my last two elevated doses I have noticed flushing after the dose, along with a noticeable(to me), change in complexion when looking in the mirror. To me this is significant since you see yourself everyday and it is sometimes hard to judge what has changed. I am going to continue with "1000mcg" and see what happens. I will go for one tanning session this weekend and see how my body reacts. I am very familiar with how it has reacted in the past so it should be a good test.Presser liked this post

Thanks presser for the well wishes.
IGF1-LR3 Update:
I must say that my energy and strength are highly elevated at this point. I have done a Test/Tren/Win-or-Var before and the energy and pumps I am receiving currently are the best they have ever been. I am cutting out my pre-workout drink to drop any creatine intake and get rid of some more water retention. I am dealing with some awful snacking habits, which I am hoping some Yohimbe will help curb. My diet is great during the day, but right before bed and sometimes in the middle of the night I get this voracious appetite and crave peanut butter, I know, awful. Anyways, still around 10% body fat but will take measurements again at the end of the week.
I should be starting some winstrol depot in the next week or two and will report back!
Melanotan II Update:
I am now sure that there is at least some level of MT II in my supply. I went for my first tan yesterday and I did the lowest amount of time I typically do. This resulted in some amazing color all over, and less redness than normal. Plan to go again one more in a few days, than I will wait and see how long it lasts for. I am now also waking up with erections every night. I settled on a dose of "800mcg", as usual my quotes indicate my doubts about the actual amount of MT II in my dosage. I know it is working somewhat though.

Everything is great guys!
Got my X-Rays done on my back last Thursday and am anxiously awaiting results, I hope it is something easily identified.
As far as training and diet goes I am on doing great, I have increased my dose of IGF to 80mcg in two injections pre-workout. I have stopped using my preworkout supplement as it is just not needed anymore. My strength is increased on all weights, chest i am comfortably doing 120lbs dumbbell incline press, which is the most I have ever lifted. I am leaner and will be taking Body fat% measurements Friday. My weight overall has not changed and I am still floating around 196-200lbs. My lower back is still holding me back on strength exercises and leg day. I can still use smith machines and anything else that does not place pressure on my lower back, but hate being limited. As I mentioned I cannot break my snacking behaviors, I am trying though. Peanut butter is the absolute devil, natural, or un-natural, doesn't matter. If it is around I will devour it. Going to purchase some Yohimbe and hope this will help curb some of my appetite.
Powderguy, to answer your question, I will paste something I wrote earlier and what I have noticed testing my blood sugars before and after workouts.
"Another reason I know it is legit, being diabetic I am used to my blood sugars spiking after a heavy strength training regimen, this happens because your body releases glucose stores to help feed the demand on your muscles. I will do another pre and post test today after my chest and arms workout. My last meal before my workout will be around 8:00am, it will consist of 1.5 servings of fat free cottage cheese, and around 2/3 cup of blackberries. I will then test my blood just before I begin working out and again two hours later. This should paint a good picture as to what the insulin in my body is doing, since all my insulin comes from shots and is not produced by my body. I will also reference any Humalog(short acting insulin) I take in this time frame. Humalog on my body takes around 20-30 min to be in full effect and is generally all used up by around the 3 hour mark. I take one 21-24 hour Levemir(Long acting insulin) shot every night before work around 1030pm as well.IronJulius thanked for this postPresser liked this post

Update:
Yesterday was my chest and arms workout. As stated I had 1 serving of fat free cottage cheese and around 2/3 cup of blackberries, this was at approx 830, I took 6 units of humalog insulin to counter act the carbs from this food. I took 80mcg of IGF-LR3 around 8:40 along with 200mcg of both IPAM and MOD.
I arrived at gym around 9:00am and tested my blood sugars at 9:10, my reading was 8.8 mmol/L units or around 160 mg/dl. I did my usual chest routine and arms along with 30 minutes of 5-10 degrees of incline walking at 2.5-3mph with short intervals of 12mph sprints.
I tested my blood again at 11:00am and it was 6.3 mmol/L or 115 mg/dl. This is exactly what I expected. As stated prior, I was used to seeing my blood sugars spike after my workout as my body released glucose stores to combat muscle fatigue, it appears now that my body is not releasing as much glucose(if at all). On a diabetic this(prior to LGF) obviously means your blood sugars spike as you have not taken any extra insulin to combat the added glucose in the blood. On a non diabetic what this means(when taking IGF) is that your body is also not releasing extra glucose stores, and therefore will not release extra insulin to combat the rise in glucose. This is my assessment and by no means am I a doctor, I am just a very educated diabetic of over 16 years.
I also took measurements today for my body fat %
Using this method:
https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/how-...-body-fat.html
Chest = 4mm
Stomach = 10mm
Theigh = 14mm
Total = 28mm
On a 28 year old man this puts me right around the 8-9% range, which means that I have put on some solid muscle and lost some fat, as my weight has not changed. I notice it mostly in my stomach as I am used to seeing around 6-8mm measurements there. My legs are also used to being around 16mm. I think these readings are fairly optimistic in my eyes, as I visually feel like I have more fat than 8%. I would have to get some other types of measurements for a more accurate representation. What this allows is for however, is a single method of comparison for before and after.
Forgot to weigh myself LOL.
