First timer: MC's IGF-1 LR3 log
Hey guys. New here at MC. Ordered a few days ago and the T/A was incredible. Shipping was extremely fast and the package was handled with care. The little vials were wrapped carefully with an icepack. Quality stuff guys.
I'm waiting on my pins and swabs, but cannot wait to start this cycle. Looking to recomp. Got training and diet set.
IGF-1 LR3: 40mg - 60mg / Every other day / post workout
S4: 50mg / Daily / 4 hour dosage split AM and PM
GW-501516: 20mg / Daily / AM
MK-2866: 25mg / Daily / AM
Albuterol: 18mg / Daily
Ketotifen: 1mg starting second week / Daily
HCGenerate: Daily

In..................I too am a newbie to IGF-1. I was always a little scared because everyone claims that all igf is fake. I bit the bullet and going to see for myself.

Still waiting on the pins and swabs. I'm going to start MC IGF-1 solo before the SARMS arrive, so I can comment on its performance without other chemicals in the mix. Expecting good things!

Ok, I have read the stickies and used the searchfunction.....................Once and for all. If IGF-lr3 has a 20-30 hour half-life,why is timing of injections an issue? And why would there be any differencebetween IM and subq. With regular IGF- DES I get it, but with 1r3 it makes no senseto me.
Is the injection timing and IM vs subq- bro science conjecture or does someonehave a real solid answer?>>

I'm not entirely sure. However, I believe that there are some benefits to injecting R3 post workout. A lot of people from various forums seem to live by that practice, and it also seems popular to inject it pre workout as to give a nice pump during lifts. I'm sure that MC's R3 will be extremely potent in that matter .
Personally, I'm still going to inject R3 post workout and IM, bilaterally. That's just me though, because my biceps are in area that requires the most attention from the R3. I'm not sure if it will have a localized effect, it won't be the same as DES, but it might affect the injection area a little bit before spreading throughout your system.
I hope Pressure can chime in on the effects of IM vs SubQ. Due to the oils used in this solution, I think SubQ might give some people a nice little red bump post injection.

I tried typing a response, not sure why it is being kept in review by moderators. I'm going with the post workout protocol, seems that by anecdotal evidence alone, that particular protocol is the most popular.

I also find IM pre workout is best for me as well. Advice I got; which seems to be working, was IM pre workout, 15 mins later complex carb like oatmeal then hit the weights. I have then been taking a protein shake with me with some fast acting cabs in it (either frozen fruit blended or little chocolate syrup) and a second IM since I work both upper and lower on the same day due to my limited time avail to work out. I find that the second dose before my second half of the workout carries me through nicely with 1/2 the combo of protein and carbs shake and I then finish the shake after my workout. I have shed fat and gained leaner muscle and am able to make it through my workout after a 12 hour shift on my feet with more energy and stamina then I did prior to IGF LR3. I agree with IronJulius though. Try it several different ways until you find the one that gives you what you need to get through your workout. The results will follow; it's an awesome product !!! You won't be dissatisfied that's for certain.

too answer your question, thats why people say it works every which way, pre workout, post workout etc… mainly cause its active so long it doesn't matter much, though for me pre workout followed by carb really seems to give me that killer pump then my 50/50 protein/carb drink i sip throughout workout, then post workout i cram a shitload of protein as its insulin-like in that it helps force/shuttle more of the nutrients into your muscles, but regardless of when you use igf-1 lr3 it will work wonders for ya, i personally have my body in tune with pre workout and the way do a daily carb cycle, as in i won't eat carbs all day until later in the day right after my igf then i hit the gym, and i can actually watch my muscles expanding in front of my very eyes before stepping foot in the gym, so everyone has their method, but to answer your question due to it being "Long r3" it will do wonder most any time of the day,

try adding some Test in your cycle with your MC IGF, it will totally enhance the effect of your Test and help change the look of your physique for good...like Presser said...its a game changer and the best supplement you can take.

It's been a while!
First of all - in regards to my last post, when I said "cherry popped" - and that I did "20mg" bilateral - I measured wrong. I think I did 100mcg. Felt quite the rush afterwards. I was wondering why the bottle emptied so fast . Anyways - I corrected the dosage and continued what was left. MC's IGF is the bomb. I've recently finished my studies, and am looking to get back into the gym. Going to pick up a bunch more IGF and get the pump on! Skittlebob, have you tried using pre-workout? I prefer it that way. I use by laterally on gym days and sub to the belly on off days. It may be just me, but it has helped on leaning me out as well.
It is also an amazing product to use if you ever get injured.
