MC igf-1 lr3 arrived

Wanted to compliment the guys on the packaging, customer service and delivery speed. Starting soon, assessing tolerance at 20mcgs a day to start. Enrolled full time in college so lethargy would be an issue.

Day 2 pinned 40mcg split bi lat before chest. Increased pump and felt like I had more energy in the gym. I did smoke some weed and have a coffee before working out though so that may have played a factor. Zero lethargy as you guys stated. Is there a real benefit in bi lat IM injections or can I just pin one side ?
 
Kinda off subject here, but how do you smoke weed then have any desire to go workout? Maybe I am the only lonely on this one but weed absolutly kills any drive I have to do anything but watch stupid TV and eat junk food.
 
I understand this doesn't work for everyone but my workouts have more intensity and focus when I smoke. I actually get a better pump due to the focus. I take 3-4 hits from a vaporizer, a double espresso and I feel more focused on the gym then I do with pre workout

im with ya, i hate weed for one and lastly cant workout on it lol, but i use to train with a beast who could not workout without getting high first and he was a mini phil heath, no BS, same look and body type, he was mr iceland or some shit back in the day , in any case he said he trained harder focused better high lol, he was the kind of guy you didnt know was stoned unless he told you, one of those types, as for me, im a dead giveaway, which is why i hate weed, i sit in the corner and cant wait for the high to wear off, lol, weed aint for me
 
Yeah I've got a lot of friends like that, definitely doesn't work for everyone. I can't roll too much these days because of my back but the best time to smoke for me is alway Brazillian jiu jitsu
 
Hit arms today, 60 mcg split bi lat in biceps 1 hour before training. Felt a great pump in biceps although not so much difference in triceps. No added fullness as of yet from the igf-1 but I'm only 4 days in.

Arms workout:


Machine dips 4 sets of 10-12 reps
251, 223, 223, 209
Overhead cable extension 4 sets 10-12 reps
100,100,85,85
Rope pull down 3 sets of 12, 1 drop set
100,85,70,60 (drop a weight all the way to 10lbs)
Hammer curl (dumbbell) 4 sets 10-12 reps
50,45,35,25
Inc dumbbell curl 4 sets 10-12 reps
35,30,25,20
Plate loaded preacher curl 3 sets 10-12 reps, 1 drop set
85,75,65,55 down to 35 (drop 5 lbs after each failure)

Will be logging the lgd-4033 sponsored by MC but if you guys are interested I'll keep the log going with just igf until I start the lgd
