Things have almost settled down and I'm now able to start living a normal life again. I'm going to give a quick recap of my limitations and circumstances. Then I was going to see what you guys thought of my intended program.
In 2013 I was in a car accident which led to me having a 3 level cervical fusion and being forced to resign/ retire. I have some nerve damage which was helped dramatically with my last run of IGF. My pension board tried to argue and successfully did argue that regardless of what the neurosurgeon said I could not be disabled considering what I looked like. I had to disappear from any social media footprints and had to change gyms and cover up. Now I'm in a precarious position of needing a second fusion, but I really don't want to go through that again. My muscle don't fire as efficiently as they did, but I make do. This is a whole body shot from several months ago

And the bathroom shot a minute ago. Granted I look better pumped up but I need accurate pics for comparison. I can't squat, deadlift, shoulder press and other compound movements so I do most of my training on machines. My right leg has bad nerve damage so leg training is precarious. My goal is to get that freaky bodybuilder look again. I'm 5'9 around 230-235 and I'm pretty lean. Recently I've been training two or three days a week. Cardio 5 days a week.
Up to now I was doing 200 test cyp, 400 Deca, and 400 EQ. My dosing wasn't very consistent so some weeks only got half of that.
I have a very specific look and goal and I'm going to show you guys how I feel it should be approached. Theres alot of misunderstanding about IGF and being as I've used a tremendous amount over the last nearly 10 years I feel I'm pretty qualified to talk about it.
My goal is a 6 month run. My diet will be 300g of protein from lean sources, eggs, wheat bread, brown rice, you know normal stuff. I'll also have pizza or whatever once a week. Cardio takes care of my tendency to over eat.

My cycle will be based around some pretty stout IGF dosing. I will also do my part to explain the effects of IGF as they differ from AAS and anything else on the market. I need some help putting my cycle together and it will likely change along the way. I got my diet back in order.
For instance today I had 4 whole eggs, 3 whites, and 6 oz turkey sausage. Next three meals were 8oz of pork tenderloin and mashed potatoes... and a bag of kettle cooked chips. And a couple protein bars with peanut butter and Nutella.
Physique changes:
I'd like to add 5 lbs of muscle and 1" to my calves. I will be using ALOT of MC IGF as the best way to explain MC IGF is to call it a physique changer. I am going to get rock hard and dense. My goal is to develop deeper seperation and detail as well as hoping to get my quads wider from the front. This is the kind of thing that IGF develops... Physique changes...
Potential cycle
400mg Test
600mg Deca
600mg Masteron
I'm going to do 100mcg per training day and perhaps 50mcg on non training days. There are other things that I may experiment with as well.
I'm still waiting on my supplies so any suggestions feel free to pitch in
 
And Silk will be posting up a log in the female forum as well. Make sure to check it out. She's going to use Ligandrol and MC IGF.
 
So Friday I did 60mcg of IGF prior to training and I didn't feel much. It wasn't a bad workout, but it.wasn't anything to write home about. I did some diet cleaning yesterday and ate better. I did 80mcg today and man I've got to tell you... The Dude is back! I felt great I was strong.. and one of the bigger guys in the gym actually came up to me while doing calves and asked how I stay in such great shape all the time. The gym I train at is probably one of the top gyms in the country... in fact Erica Stern was there while I was training... lots of Pros so you can imagine what I'm saying when I say "one of the bigger guys". It could've been coincidence, but it felt pretty damn good. I hope to get the stuff to change up my compounds in the next couple weeks.
 
What do you guys think about doing a log adding nothing but MC IGF and Ligandrol?? I've been on the same stuff for over a year so it would be pretty easy to tell what's going on? I haven't found anything one way or another about adding a SARM to AAS... I mean yes they both compete for receptors, but so does every AAS we eat or inject... thoughts?
 
Good workout today despite being tired from yesterday and this puppy keeping me up all hours of the night. My normal morning routine which normally takes me about 30 minutes now take 2 hours with thenpuppy.
Again I looked very full and VERY lean today. Strength was up a little. This is my second day in a row training and I'm considering doing the IGF ED this time. Keeping my AAS the same and adding Ligandrol and IGF sounds very appealing

I'm going to keep my AAS as they are. Currently I'm doing
250mg of test every 5 days
350mg of Deca every 5 days
350mg of EQ every 5 days

I just added MC IGF and I'm on day 2 at 80mcg. I'm going to add some Ligandrol shortly. I will probably do about 10mg of Ligandrol per day. Starting weight is 230lbs at 5'9
 
No gym today and technically my 3rd day of IGF. I've always done only training days and Presser says ED so I'm going to give his way a shot. I'll do less each application, but get the same or a little more per week. I'm hoping the LGD gets here this week. I've been focusing on eating more meat lately. No less than 2 lbs per day. Other than that protein is coming from Turkey sausage, Greek yogurt, and eggs. I have a protein shake only after training. I'm doing about 45 minutes of cardio per day. I'm getting old and I've done some experimenting in my day so I've got to keep the ticker healthy. The new puppy is my main form of cardio on non training days.
 
In my ambien induced stupor last night I found an old bottle of Hex. It has been reconstituted for well over a year. I guessed based on what I had read that it would be almost useless so I did 5 tics. That was a bad idea. I went badly hypo and ate 4 cups of yogurt and 12 oz of steak. I was holding some water today and still feeling a bit off. I was stronger even though I had no stimulants and no green malay. I'll probably take tomorrow off and hope that everything arrives by Friday. I'm running low on IGF.

My MC IGF and Ligandrol arrived today! So like a real junkie I dosed immediately. I did half a dropper and held it under my tongue for a couple minutes. Then I chased it with grapefruit juice. I'm taking today off since Silk has the day off and we're hoping to get some stuff done. Tomorrow is legs.
 
Perma-pump just hit me after doing my IGF dose. Man it feels good. I'm noticing that I'm craving calorie dense food and I'm eating more. Between coming home from the gym yesterday and now ive eaten an entire Stromboli Prior to this it wasn't uncommon for me to only eat twice in a day... I know it's bad, but between moving and everything else bodybuilding had to take a backseat. I've got a serious craving for steak which is strange. I've already had two meals today and I didn't get out of bed until noon. I just feel good today... I don't expect to feel much tomorrow, but as you guys know I'll share regardless.
I ran out of ECA and bought a preworkout yesterday but didn't notice it had no stimulants. So... back to looking and I'll mix them I guess. With the IGF I really don't need a nitric oxide product.

are you able to buy primatine ephedrine out by you, to put into your eca stacks
I get the Walgreens Asthma relief ephedrine. It's the HCL version so exactly what we used to do. It's 12.5mg per tab. We are out, so we are picking some up. We're only allowed 2 boxes at a time per 2 weeks or whatever. Do you want me to grab a couple boxes for you? I remember Primatine having a different ephedrine in it. Either way I can get it and was going to get some after the gym so let me know if you want some.
 
no primatine has the ephedrine hcl, its bronkaid that has the sulfate ephedrine which is garbage, i buy like 8 boxes a week lol, i was just curious why you didnt just go buy more for the eca stack instead of buying the other preworkout

We moved two months ago and haven't found a Walgreens near us. So we have to drive a good ways to get to that Walgreens. Basically it's just been lazy I guess lol
 
I did legs today and it was obvious something was different. My whole body had a great pump. In fact one guy came up to me and asked if I had implants in my shoulders..? I didn't know there was such a thing. But the exciting part was this was at the end of my leg workout when my upper body was shriveled... well as small as it gets... and I swear this actually happened...
I was strong, but I only went up in weight on one exercise. The others I simply did more reps... to include 35 rep sets on the leg press... the most impressive thing was that I powered through my workout... I finished up and considering doing more... but then I thought that since I had already used more weight and more reps I decided not to push it too soon. This is what happens after nearly 25 years of training... my appetite has been substantial.. however I'm not going to BS you guys. My diet isn't super clean usually. I was blessed with a decent metabolism and I do a good bit of cardio. Basically as long as I get my protein I usually eat pretty much what I want. In saying that my diet since starting IGF has been a little lax.. so... there could be some benefit to that.. although when I would do this without IGF I would simply bloat and smooth out. It never made any difference in my strength. I know through my previous years of IGF use that it allows your body to use the calories you consume much more effectively... and I want a few pounds of muscle.
Other than that I feel really good. I'm not sure how to explain it. My muscle feel good and pumped and I feel tight. I leterally get pumped up walking my puppy around the neighborhood... so naturally I do it with no shirt on
I'm totally undecided if I should train tomorrow. It would be chest and that is by far my worst bodypart.. it's also the least exciting bodypart for me to train. I haven't had a good chest workout in probably 8 months or more. I also usually don't train the day after legs as the following workout usually suffers... but I feel good and I'm excited to train.
I'm not sure what happened. Chest used to be my favorite bodypart and now I just can't get into it. I have great mind to muscle connection, but it's just not fun for me. I'm thinking about trying something like FST7 or one of those programs. As far as food and supplements I'm in a great environment for growth.
What do you guys think?
