I can't even begin to say how amazing this stuff is. 2 days back into it, and my pumps are insane. 60mcg split bilateral about 20-30 mins pre workout. I have a nice supply now, so I'm going to run it like I'm supposed to.

When are you dosing it? I used to do it only preworkout in the muscles I was training, but I want to try it ED now and applying it to my quads makes the pumps way to insane to finish a decent workout. Now I'm finding myself doing my shoulders alot and they are already overgrown...
The general consensus is that IGF LR3 is systemic... but after 10 years of use I can say with total confidence that the application site gets a substantially higher concentration. I wonder what my calves would look like had I dosed them more often. In fact thats a good idea... I'll start dosing there regularly again.
 
I'm hitting the muscle group 30 mins prior to workout on gym days. Days off I pin in the morning wherever I can pin.

yeah im at 45 minutes prior, but i just hit the belly now days, still works well for me this way
 
Subq? I'm doing im and I love it. I thought about doing subq in the ab area, but just love how I feel with the way I've been doing it.

The title caught my eye after making the last post in my log. I was supposed to schedule another cervical fusion surgery this week. I started losing strength and feeling in my right arm particularly the front delt and it was getting progressively worse. I just realized that since starting MC IGF I've not only not experienced any strength loss issues... I've gotten stronger and everything is firing like it should... this stuff at the very least has postponed my need for a very serious surgery. That's pretty sick shit

Pumps are insane, metabolism seems to be up, and brushing my teeth makes my delts catch on fire. I love this stuff!

I'll be posting up some "after" pics tomorrow. Mc igf should be the next president, because it's that badass. It fixes, strengthens, and heals. Just what we need our new president to do.
