Deca 500 mon and thursday
Sus 250 500 mon and thursday
Test 400 blend 200 cyp 200 enan 800 mon and thursday
Tbol and Superdrol 100mg ED for first 6 weeks
MC IGF1lr3 50mcgs split bi lateral per workout
42 age
6'5"
272 pounds as of this evening.
7-8% bf
I'm finishing my second week right now and have gained 12 pounds with not much water. The Deca should start kicking soon and it will get interesting. I'm going to back door this 16 week cycle with a 8 week Tren ace test p cycle.

yeah i knew what ya meant , newbies prolly didnt, sorry didnt mean to correct ya, just was trying to point it out for the newer guys so they dont think theyre gonna put 12 pounds of muscle on so fast lmao
in any case, its still amazing to add that much weight period, your probably strong as fuck all from it

No worries big cat. Yea I'm getting scary strong fast but I'm holding myself back since I'm just starting my 3rd week with such a long layoff. The multiple tren cycles had done a number on my tendons so I needed a good layoff. This Deca has me feeling good again and it's just now kicking in so I cant wait to see what the next 14 weeks bring. I'm already getting killer pumps from IGF after just a few applications, my legs and ass were so hard today for leg day. Those last couple sets of 50 reps on leg press were flat out brutal.

An update on starting the IGF. I've made it through one workout cycle on all bodyparts and all I can say is holy shit this stuff is good. I'm doing bi lateral pins 25mcgs in each about an hour prior to lifting. About 20 mins after I pin It seems like the muscle is starting to swell before I'm even lifting or just moving around normally starts to pump it. Now once the workout starts it's flat out silly how fast it the group you are working blows up. Yesterday was my first arm day on it and I hadn't even finished my warm up and it felt like my tris were trying to get out of my skin. I had to pressure wash my house this weekend and my arms, chest and delts were all swole up and I mean really burning by the time I finished up. Normally all those parts would just be fatigued and tired when I was doing it. All I have to say is if you are on the fence about MCs product go ahead and take the plunge now it's definitely worth it.

I didn't but I will here shortly. I usually know by reactions at the gym and from the wife. Like last night I was stripping down for some horizontal refreshment and she was like damn baby I can tell you've been hitting it hard at the gym.

They aren't like us and she was probably completely ok with that. When they fall asleep on us we are like wtf! I keep around a hefty supply of amoxicillin and cephalexin that I get from a vet friend. Any hint of sniffles or weird feeling and I alternate them for a few days and I'm good.

Thanks man yea I hit them really hard and went about half throttle on the abs because I didn't want to be totally incapacitated in the midsection. Next time I will push em both to the brink. Back day today and I pinned toward the lower end of the lat on each side. The pump was sick once again and I felt like I got deeper in there than I ever have before. Almost like I could isolate exactly where I wanted to hit and keep the focus on it without it washing out across the back. I guess what I'm saying is the mind and muscle worked very well together today.

Killer back day today and weighed out at 276.7 pounds. So I'm up 4.7 pounds since starting the IGF and my appetite is going crazy lately. Loving the IGF.

Thanks fellas, I'm shooting for 290 then I'm going to hit the prop tren winny and maybe masteron combo and see if I could maybe put on the shorts and hit a show. I've never done one and it's kind of a bucket list thing at this point I guess. I've not worked my midsection near what I usually do but I will get it on lockdown shortly. Not eating near as clean as I usually do either but I'm bulking so screw it a few extra tasty meals aren't going to kill me.

Just a quick update. The pumps are still insane and even though I'm eating like a horse I'm cutting more fat off the midsection. Going to play it by ear the next couple weeks and see where I'm at I think I'm going to shift my workouts to a Upper Lower split to change up a bit. Also probably going to add in slin to see if I can push these last 15 pounds I'm trying to add. I don't know If you can hear it but I hear the tren train starting to fire up.
