MC IGF-1 Lr3 this is LEGIT
Good morning. I received my first supply of MC igf-1 4 days ago, and oh my. What can I say besides holy shit this stuff is incredible. I have used igf from other suppliers now all I can say is I wonder what the hell I've been taking. This is a new world. Pumps are simply amazing have had to extend rest time between sets cause I feel like my skin is going to rip unfreakin believable. My dose is only 50 mcg a day 45 min pre workout. And as I think most of you know I just recently had my right tricep
tendon reattached 7 weeks ago. 4 days ago I was allowed to start using weight for my injured arm same time I started the igf. Right now my diet is 2-250 grams of protein, and I always cycle my carbs I just seem to respond better. My training is very instinctive more so cause I'm old and have to listen to my body. I would really rather have a set training schedule just feel its easier to track progress that way. And with the way this igf has me feeling a set schedule maybe in my future. I will get some pics this weekend. Got to get the wife to shave my back. Lol

If you think it's awesome after 4 days, wait til you've been running it for a couple months. I have only limited experience with it myself, but am on my 2nd run with it, in both cases the primary aim was and is injury repair. That I'm gaining overall mass doesn't hurt, either, of course. But yeah, the stuff is incredible!

Cool, i just didnt wanna do it without asking or at the very least letting you know, the thread title will still show up in this forum, so everyone in this forum will still be able to click and see it, as will the peptide forum viewers.

its Insulin-like Growth Factor , and just like insulin it will help force/shuttle more nutrients into the muscles than normally, so guys take their igf hour before gym followed by a lot of carbs, and then i drink protien / carb drink during gym and then after the gym a hell of a lot of protein, its LONG r3 so its 24 hours, and its still forcing those nutrients into you, so thats how in short, but theirs a good bit more to it,

oh and Human Growth Hormone doesnt raise your igf levels like that, but rather igf is the by product of HGH once passes through the liver, it converts to many different growth factors and the main one being insulin-like growth factor-1 which for our bodybuilding purposes and for most athletes whos concern is not just growth of muscles but also healing, and collagen synthesis which is what tendons are comprised of, so yeah for our purposes its the holy grail of peptides, and head and shoulders above HGH when you factor in cost and how fast it starts working.

No I have just been doing it 45 min pre workout with 25 grams of whey mixed in a shake with 72 grams carbs by using cream of rice. Sip bcaa's through workout. As soon as workout is done its. More of the same as pre work out. Just protein and carbs. Then will eat 1 hour later.

the 50 days is from old school articles many years ago, you can stay on it for months and still see results , as for 40mcg dosage, yes thats a nice dosage , and i wouldnt take it at night personally, I would stick to pre workout or post workout, personally i like 1 hour pre workout, followed by loads of carbs, then i hit the gym, i try to sip on a 50/50 carb/protein drink during workout, then after the gym, at home i cram as much protein as i can into myself, you will get way more uptake of whatever you put into your body due to it being insulin-like in that regard, so thats how i do it daddio, works great for me this way,
the reason you hear so many different opinions on the best time to take it is quite simple, its long r 3 meaning 24 hours, so regardless of when you take it, youll get the benefits, though it is most optimal to load up on your carbs and/or proteins directly after using it, it is also systemic, as in the whole body benefits from it, however when you do go to a muscle with it, more will tend to attach to that area, which is why many guys say its site specific,

you would think, and even gropep the patent owner of LONG r 3 igf-1 lists a Glacial Acid reconstitution method, reason being Glacial acid doesnt have the water molecule, and water degrades IGF-1 lr3, however for our purposes acetic acid is fine, and will keep the igf viable for many many months,
the reason so many people think its ok to use water be it sterile or bact is because its ok to use the waters if your going to dilute with it and use the entire peptide up right then and there, like with hgh, or the smaller doses of peptides, but your not going to use up an entire 1mg of igf-1 lr3 in a day or two, so waters are out of the equation at that point!

Good morning my brothers of steele. It's a beautiful Sunday morning. My first leg workout on igf what can I say besides ooouch. This pump is unbelievable just about to the point that it's not fun anymore. Lol just kidding this is what it's all about so much blood being forced into the muscle that your cheating like crazy to move a weight you've moved a thousand times. Now I am a big volume guy so don't know if that contributes or not. Their are some other things going on that I am very excited about but will not say more for a week or so. But it has to do with post cycle therapy. Gentle men and ladies in case really not sure have a great day

sounds like your muscle bellies are getting nice and full and hydrated as well, as 5 pounds overnight sounds like a good day of eating and a fully hydrated, glycogen restored body lol
glad the igf-1 lr3 is working well for ya, more importantly glad your doing what you need to in order to make the most of ur igf-1 lr3 usage,

It's crazy brother.every morning after my workout and I'm good and swelled. I get some pics and send to my wife just for her opinon. Since I started the igf her General response is Damn, holy shit, or is that cause of the new stuff your taking. Lol. Have to say this again I'm not new to the benefits of igf have read about it for years. I have also taken a lot over the years, BUT MC IGF-1 IS NOT THE SAME. I know that I'm new here and no one has any reason to think I know shit. I have no reason to say anything at all other than I hate seeing people through their money away

Something new is happening. I increased calories yesterday with two shakes. 30 grams of whey in 16 oz of milk and lost 3 lbs. This is the first time scale has gone backwards since I started the igf. The pump is still insane. And lasts hours.

Here is where I'm at with strength. It's really gauge anything with my upper body right now. Since I'm still one armed basically. But the accident was February 19th. So I know I have not squatted since then until May 23rd was my first day under the squat bar again and I believe the most I got from 405 was 5 reps. This morning I worked put 2 sets 405 1st set 10 reps 2nd set 12 reps. Partners gave me shit that I didn't go up to 495 but I was pretty content. I still have a long road ahead of me. Now I had still been doing legs but we all no that leg press is not the same as squats. So all that to say fuck yes it makes you stronger. Lol
