I got my next round of igf plus this time included ligandrol. From what my research has showed me, ligandrol is suppose to be the strongest of the sarm family. This is my first e xpierience with any sarm, so I am very excited to report back what I find good or bad. You guys and gals already know my opinion of MC igf. It is a must have. My research has also shown me that this is the perfect stack to run before a cycle, due to a increase in androgen receptors. Did legs this morning. 100 mcg igf 50 per side pinning my tear drops which now feel like they are going to blow up. Total volume workout this morning. After a thorough warm up I jumped straight to the weights I was going to use in what I call giant sets 3 sets in one. Leg extensions, hack squats, and squats. All sets to failure.
Hack squats 230 lbs
Leg extensions 120 lbs
Squats 225 lbs
I did 8 rounds of these giant sets
I also did some calf work after. The weight might seem light but wow what a pump. The rest between sets ended as soon as the next song started, which sometimes lead to a 2 minute break to once it was like 15 seconds. That is just something I like to do. All sets passed 20 reps per exercisequit counting after 20 would then just go till I had no more. Can't wait to see what affect the ligandrol has o. Top of the igf. Will keep you posted.

Day 4 of the stack pinned each pec this morning they are blowed up I did change my carb source pre work out to the instant packs of flavored oatmeal from just regular crushed oats. I feel like the sugar in the packs helps kick start the pump, or hell they just taste better. Something has me sleeping like a baby, and anyone who's listen munched to me knows I usually don't sleep well at all. Enjoying the ride will keep posting.

I did that.. it's incredible... I was actually able to gain a little while doing MC IGF and Ligandrol AND reducing my AAS by 2/3!!

Awesome I'm anxious to see what happens cause I am AAS free since 2nd week of June.

Good morning just destroyed my chest. So of courses I pinned 50 mcg per per which are very pumped up right now. Strength has sky rocketed. Of course I'm coming back from injury and strength will come back fast. Last set last Chet day of a moderate incline not even quite 30 degrees for my shoulders. I got 170lbs for 8, this morning 210lbs for 4. I'm grinning from ear to ear can't wait to see where this goes keep you posted.

What's up? Just had my best back workout in a long time pinned my last 50 mcg both sides. First time I have ever pinned my lats, and all I can say is wow, it won't be the last what a pump!! So yesterday at work I sweat so much that at the end of the day my shoes sounded like I was walking in water, so of course when I got to the gym this morning I expected to be sad at what the scale would say, and to my pleasant surprise I was up a pound. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!! I did take an extra 10 mg of ligandrol last night before bed. So I definitely feel like the combo is working very well together.

Here is a question for some of you long time igf users do you feel like protein is necessary pre workout was thinking about stopping the protein and increasing the carbs. Would probably double the protein post workout with carbs. Anyone have any thoughts

nope, but its a good idea to drink or consume 50/50 protein/carb during workout, then load protein post

Thanks brutha. And to add to this this morning I did go with right around 100 grams carbs from instant oatmeal (peach's& cream) with no protein. Did shoulders and wow what a pump of course pinned each shoulder with 50 mcg, and had my 10 mgs of lingandrol. But stomach didn't have that bloated feeling. After had 60 grams protein with another 60 grams of carbs. I'm going to try this for a while. Keep ya posted

I take my IGF pre workout early am fasted with no protein or carb drink prior and never had an issue of hypo or any issues at all....just one hell of a pump...I do 200 mcg pre workout.....
might try a carb drink just to see if there is a difference but I love doing it fasted...

So after your igf you don't have any carbs until post work out?

Good Sunday morning just completed another leg day pinned each quad with the normal 50 mcg had my 10 mg ligandrol. I did a thorough warm up then got after it today was my 200 rep squat day with the last 100 supersetted with leg extension. The extensions are pyramid up from 60 lbs going up 10 at a time what a pump. I have 3 leg routines that I currently use. Some to break up things second cause I'm old and just can't blast the heavy weight all the time like I used to. Last week was my giant sets as I posted and next week will be balls out heavy. Would like to talk about some positive things happening since I started the ligandrol. You guys have heard me complain about a weak urine stream, well since about day 4 it has steadily gotten better I would say I'm at about a 30 year old stream if memory serves me right which is awesome compared to where I was at. I did talk to my Dr about cialis and she completely agreed with me,but said because of insurance she would have to pass me on to urologist, and then even if he did prescribe it. With good insurance it would still cost me between 300-350 a month yeah Obama care. What a joke. Good news ligandrol seems to be taking care of that issue. Something is working anyway. Will keep you posted.

Morning about to attack the chest. Pinned 50 mcg per pec. Something about this stack has me sleeping better than I have in years. Since adding the ligandrol to the igf, I am up like a teenager in the morning if you know what I mean lol. If your about to end a cycle, or about to start a cycle I feel that this stack is truly worth giving a ride. I just feel better than I have in a long time.

Well chest is destroyed. Pump is amazing still a little blown away every workout with the pump, and the stamina is really becoming noticeable just don't want to stop. I do my last meal about 2 hours preworkout. I take 15g BCAA during my workout. My post workout "meal" lasts about 2 hours though.. maybe 100 -125g of protein.
I'm going to have to look into PCT shop. I'd like some more exotic things and it sends a good message when sponsors sponser people in my opinion.

Good morning. So since I have started igf shoulders have become my new favorite muscle just freakin loving the way they look all pumped up. Started with standing dumbbell press. Went up to 50's that tri is getting their. Then moved on to a giant set of laterals back, side, then front went up to 30's. Did six sets of the giants. Then did a super set of seated side laterals, with stomach against the incline rear laterals. Up to 25's very strict. Did a very quick tricep workout after. The biggest thing I have noticed since adding the ligandrol is that I feel freakin good better than I have felt in a long time.
