Hgh dosing and recon

Hgh question, ok, I have single vials of 10iu... how tf do I recon it? Lmao like i think i did it before like hcg, added bac wat slowly but idk. My main question is how much water and how do I determine dosage?

My goal is 4iu a day 5 days a week.

hey guardianactual, i used one ml bac h2o per 10 iu's hgh. allow it to go in slowly. on your one ml syringe every number will be one unit, if it's graduated in 10 numbers for the whole ml. the numbers should read 0.1 to 1.0 with ten marks between each number.
for 4 iu's per day it is recommended to take it in two doses. one morning, one evening, 0.2 ml for 2 iu's.

Last time i used gh i used it all at once. Maybe that's why i ached like crazy haha so 1ml bac water and 1 tick 1iu

wow, did the whole 10 iu's, lol. yeah, small doses, 2 iu's, make me ache as it is, not too bad though.
there are 100 tick marks on the syringe. 10 tick marks will be one iu. it should read 0.1. so remember it's each number that is an iu. (ie. 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, ....)
also, this is only for your hgh. this is not for igf, which is totally different.
when i was taking 4 iu's a day, i'd do half after i got up in the morning about 0700. then i'd take the other half in the afternoon, 1600 to 1800 hrs. you can play around with it a little, see what happens. some of the others on here may have a better way to take it. took mine im, inside quad usually. i didn't like it subq in the abs.

I don't like subq either, leave the area uncomfortable. I also prefer IM.

When I recon it do I need Bac water or can I use sod chloride? Bc I have a bunch of sodium chloride left over hcg. Unopened.

i'd say bac water is preferable, because it has ba in to stop bacteral growth. if you've used nacl water in other things, you may be able to. if you have some ba around you could add it to the nacl water and do it that way as well. in all honesty i do not know for certain what the outcome will be. it just seems logical that it should work in any sterile water. just be aware that without an antibacterial in it, there is nothing to stop bacterial growth. same is true for anything else you use just nacl water in.
i believe there is a thread on here on how to make you own bac water. i believe it is only a mix of distilled water and ba.
