Igf, lgd, Cardarine stack

What are your thoughts? 60mcg, 10mg, ??. What type of results will I get? Are there better options? 50, 50, 25, 25 pct. Would you subsitute the Cardarine for something else? S4?? Curious from what other people have experienced?

60mcg daily is plenty. and what or which SARM are you referring to when you said 10mg? I assume ligandrol, since its most popular dosage per pill or tab or liquid is 10mg per single dosage.What are you looking to accomplish during the stack? Get ripped up lean through dieting and looking for a muscle sparing compound or, bulk up a little bit?
 
I'm sitting at 232 6"1" body fat don't know, I can start to see my top abs. I would like to add more lean mass and cut my body fat down. Igf 60mcg, lgd 10mg, ???. Don't know which way I should go to cut down on bf%?
 
I would just diet down and worry about losing the fat until you can see the other abs or until the point your satisfied with how you look, and just worry about using the compounds so you dont lose any muscle during the shredding up. Once your there and happy then add the compounds that will yield quality lean muscle, so you can see exactly where its all going and what needs what and where.

Truth be told, your compounds could stay the same whether your just dieting hard for fatloss or adding lean muscle to an already low body fat frame.

Cause EVERYONE wants to lose fat and add lean muscle, and its easier to do one then the other when your at the point where you can just barely see your abs, in my humble opinion
 
So don't add another sarm for fat loss, continue on with what I'm currently on and adjust my diet.

thats my opinion yes, unless something is thermogenic , then I do not see any need in adding or wasting more money on something that will not help anymore than what good old hard work and dieting can do. So long as what your using will aid in keeping current muscle gains throughout strict dieting and cardio, or however you plan on shedding down ur body fat%
