First Cyle IGF-1 lr3
Been reading the stickys about IGF-1 Lr3 and it appears to be a year old.
This is going to be my first cycle of IGF-1. Want to be sure getting this right.
Planning on 30 mcg every day for about 7 weeks or until my 2 bottles run out.
Wondering how long before work out should I wait to pin? I take pre workout drink and during I sip on EEAs. Do I need add carbs?
What gauge slin pin do I need?
Any additional advice be appreciated.

I would run at least 50-60
Post workout, pin bilaterally immediately. Have your sugars, aminos, creatine.
Pre workout, ideally something but make intra drink.

Ok, I can pin post wo, plan on pinning IM in my quads. Don't think I can do bilaterally.
I take Mega Pre before work out. During work out I drink EAA MAX, EEAs and bca.
After workout I drink a protein drink with creatine.
What kind of sugars are you suggesting?
How long 30g needle you suggest?
Can I draw with a 30 gauge?
when I do test I draw with 18g and then pinned with 23g.

The carbs I’d say some rice, or sweet potatoes are good about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before as long as your in the range of one hour to two your good. I like to keep it at about an hour with rice and meat.
About the IGF that’s not an area I’m very experienced in so I’d like to see what the other guys suggest.
