Tan great and no tan bed.
Go in sun a little but good lord!!

Helps with insulin sensitivity
Makes my skin dark and dont dry like tan no lotion no zits think it helps with zits to be honest.

And boners a bonus.

I use 200mcg 3x wk

I use get color then once in sun a little wow.
I can stay at 200mcg 3x wk with my skin tone.
No sides, safe, insulin sensitivity added bonus and hard ons like rock!!!

Only side is redness of skin first starting.
Never use more than 250mcg at time.
Will make too hot red flushing and head ache

200mcg 3x a week how long did it take bro?

Had no idea it helped with insulin sensitivity thats a plus. I'm one week in. First pin made me bloat strong indigestion, went away by the third pin benadryl does help for sure. Can't eat much but that's fine.

First time i used this years ago. I used 1mg and it made me sick af. Strong flush in my neck huge hot flash terrible headache horrible above 250mcg. I haven't gone above 250. Im slightly darker one week in but I don't get a lot of sun and I read that's needed, getting some sun uv rays seem to be prerequisite from what I read idk, I work nights so I'm white af and dont see much sun &#55357;&#56849;

You ain't lying. 3 days in I looked red mind you I barely see sun i work indoors and sleep days (3rd shift) now it looks like I used sunless tan, only it's better healthier more natural looking if that makes sense.

I'll be at the beach next month. So this is a need for me. I burn like crazy so I'm interested in seeing how this goes.

It did at first. Bout 2 days and i felt like I drank milk, Im lactose so... yeah lmao. It made me feel bloated, i burped for like 10 mins just felt like I had a ton of trapped air which in turn made my stomach sick.

After that no issues even after i upped it to 500 im def darker. Probably 2 shades darker tham normal. Crazy part is its all over no tan lines most think i tan naked lmao the girl loves it. Im just glad I aint as white as milk anymore and i aint burning either albeit I don't get much sun most days, but when I do im fine.

They arent lying, antihistamines do help with stomach issues. Claritan or benadryl depends in if you don't care about the tired feeling from benadryl. I take mine in the day now (started before bed like others stated to try... but now i do it 1 hour before going into the sun supposed to optimize tan plus it helps with my morning fast (I take gh and t3 wait am hour or so before eating)

I saw right away.
Good stuff over 250mcg will give headache they say for me burns my up with heat and flushing.
I use 250mxg 3x week and go in bed or Sun 1x wk stay dark regardless.

I notice it loses potency after around 4 weeks but I use till dose add if necessary to eod.

People tell me I have best tan

No stomach issues for me.
Only side i get is hot flushing for around 20 min after dosing.
Best to use before going into sun on those days. Don't go out in sun all day and dose that night.
Had to take cold bath to cool down with wet rag over head when I did that. .

Lol!!
Was outside most if day and dosed 250mcg this morning.
Photo was just now between post.
Shadows bad in that room but a quick tighten up and photo. A little blury but not taking another. Lol!
